Broadford Ă  la baie de Tara

Une maison de vacances pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 2 familles. Broadford at Tara Bay peut accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Cette propriété dispose d'un pont orienté au nord avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Cet accÚs facile à la propriété (par la route ou par bateau depuis Havelock) donne sur le détroit de Kenepuru. PrÚs des centres de villégiature Portage et Te Mahia et de la piste de la Reine Charlotte. Rendez-vous directement à la porte, facile à ranger, avec un large espace pour le stationnement des véhicules. La route facilement scellée de Nelson ou de Blenheim prend environ une heure et demie.

La place est bien équipée avec des appareils électriques, y compris un four, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver et sÚche-linge. Il y a aussi un barbecue sur le pont disponible. Couverture complÚte du téléphone cellulaire Vodafone et Spark - pas de wifi.
Les couettes et les oreillers sont fournis et il y a un protĂšge-matelas sur chacun des lits, bien que les clients doivent apporter leurs propres draps et serviettes.

Activités:
Cet endroit est idĂ©al pour la baignade, la pĂȘche au vivaneau, les sports nautiques ou simplement allongĂ© sur la plage ensoleillĂ©e et exposĂ©e au nord.
Le circuit de la Reine-Charlotte offre un accĂšs Ă  de nombreuses autres baies et il existe plusieurs promenades plus courtes hors de la voie principale. La section Te Mahia Ă  Anakiwa est ouverte au VTT tout au long de l’annĂ©e.
La pĂȘche peut ĂȘtre pratiquĂ©e sur les rochers ou le quai flottant. Le bateau peut amarrer des bateaux jusqu’à 11 m et jusqu’à 3 tonnes.
Il y a 2 kayaks, un dériveur, des gilets de sauvetage et des planches à voile disponibles
 Une télévision et un lecteur de DVD sont disponibles, ainsi qu'une gamme de jeux de société et de livres.
Portage Hotel, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture, dispose d'un bar, d'un restaurant et d'une rampe de mise à l'eau. Te Mahia, à 10 minutes en voiture, est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un café.

The perfect spot for a family holiday! Such a charming bach in a beautiful, peaceful location. The bach had everything we needed to spend a week there - the kitchen had everything and the washing machine dryer made life easy, especially with a baby. A quick (steep!) jaunt down to the beach - perfect for swimming paddleboarding. Rosie was fantastic to deal with, and very patient with my questions about water tanks! We're already planning to go back.

This was our third stay, and it just keeps getting better. This place is the ultimate Kiwi bach — relaxed, welcoming, and perfectly set up for an easy, comfortable getaway. It’s always beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is spot on, ideal for switching off and enjoying the surroundings, and the hosts are fantastic — friendly, laid-back, and great to deal with. We honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else and can’t wait to come back again.

What an amazing view! We loved sitting on the deck and just drinking it in. We enjoyed taking the kayak and dinghy out one day, and catching fish off the jetty.Rosie was a great host and quick to respond to our questions. We were glad we took her advice and brought in everything we needed, because the road in was not an easy drive and we were happy to stay put once we arrived!

Rosie was so helpful and thoughtful in the run up to our arrival, leaving us clear and easy instructions and thoughtfully filling in the gals for us. We absolutely loved our time there. Great spot

Excellent spot for relaxation, walking, mountain biking, water sports and fishing. Rosie was excellent to deal with and we had no issues with property and location. Only issue we had was the weather! unfortunately rained for the majority of the time - forced down time and games. Caught a couple of fish off wharf and got out tramping and mountain biking. my daughter got engaged at 7am one of the mornings on the beach it was spectacular sun rise and very special. Thank you :)

Pre Easter 2025 -80th birthday family get together

Wonderful facilities, Good design, Incredible views and equipment and close to Queen Charlotte track. Good having the dinghy and kayak- many thanksOnly negative was the matresses too soft especially in south east room.- but also north east going that way. The dvd player didnt seem to work but not important.

Lovely experience

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Right by the sea and Pet friendly making it the ideal spot. Located on steep terrain. So ability to walk up a steep hill from the sea is needed.Rosie is super helpful and friendly.

A beautiful getaway

We loved our 3 nights in this lovely house in an amazing location. It had everything we needed to relax after our 4 days of tramping in the nelson lakes. We even caught 3 snapper!Thank you, Rosie.

The house was nice with amazing views. The downside that reflects the review above is the fact that the outboard of the dinghy wasn’t provided. It was shown on the photos and there was no mention in the description that the outboard wasn’t provided. It was one of the reasons why I booked this house as I wanted to fish around the farms. I would suggest maybe a note in the description that the outboard motor isn’t provided.Loved the fact that pets are allowed so would definitely keep you on my go to list for any future holidays with doggo instead of leaving him at home.

Tara Bay

We loved our stay yet again in the beautiful Tara Bay. The house was so clean and tidy on arrival and the beds so comfy. We were impressed with the new retaining walls, water pump and wifi! The views from the deck are outstanding and so peaceful, we all got lots of entertainment from the birdlife and plenty of beach and jetty action. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

A lovely weekend away with friends

The location is perfect and the space is efficient and spacious enough for 6 adults. We had a wonderful time here. The beach is so close, the surrounding bush is so welcoming. The deck has incredible views and there is ample parking. We would be keen to stay again!
