Kitchen while reasonable complete lacked a kettle. There were not enough cloth washing pods left for a two week stay and also paper towels. Also TV's need upgrading as neither TV supported Bluetooth which is pretty common these days.

Great Stay

From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a true coastal retreat. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and designed with a relaxed, beachy elegance that immediately put us in vacation mode. The natural light throughout was incredible, and the open living space made it easy to gather comfortably without ever feeling crowded. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about our next visit. If you’re looking for a beautiful, place for a getaway on Kiawah, Blue Pearl is a fantastic choice. We can’t recommend it enough!

Beautifully decorated and clean. The property and island are gorgeous. The initial automated communication from the company, itrip, informing the tenant of their expectations, is brash-sounding and off-putting, but maybe they have had bad experiences. A better quality mattress and hotter water would have been nice. They did send workers to try to fix these issues, and communication was good.

We absolutely loved this VRBO location! Very clean, newly renovated and all very nice appliances and bedrooms. Lots of room and very comfortable for all six of us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great holiday stay!

Stayed for thanksgiving, super close walk to the Sanctuary for holiday fun, breakfasts, and so on. Cooked a full thanksgiving dinner in the condo, well appointed kitchen. I did bring extra cooking items given the holiday but they had a lot there as well. Comfortable couch for movie watching, games, and big table for Lego building. Great bathrooms, clean. Mattresses are a bit firm? But still comfortable! Great all around. Thank you!

The Blue Pearl

We enjoyed our week at the Blue Pearl, Turtle Point villas on Kiawah Island . Clean, well appointed, quiet area. The property managers were helpful and attentive.

Beautiful Vacation Spot!

The condo was newly renovated and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was a just a quick bike ride to the beach and had a great view of the lagoon. The hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend The Blue Pearl!!

The Blue pearl!!!

This condo was perfect. We were in town for a family wedding and this was in a great location. Close to Mingo Point and to other activities we were attending for the wedding. Condo was super clean and felt new. Check in and all communications were super easy too. I would stay there again if I have the opportunity to return to the area.

We were in town for the Kiawah Marathon. This villa was a great location for this event with the shuttle stop a short walk away. Nice, comfortable and quiet location. Beautiful area!
