Porta Pacifique 10 - Beachfront Bilinga With Stunning Views!

Porta Pacifique 10 is a spacious, affordable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront unit located on the third floor, right across the road from Bilinga beach.

The third floor apartment captures panoramic ocean views from almost all rooms and plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The unit offers timber floors through the living area and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher—everything you need for an easy beachside stay.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the ocean-facing balcony, where you can sit and take in the views, while the second bedroom has two single beds.

There are two bathrooms, including an ensuite off the master, plus a main bathroom with a shower-over-bath and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Porta Pacifique is a secure building with resort style facilities including a swimming pool, lift, half sized tennis court and secure parking for one car.

This unit is just across the road from the sandy shores of Bilinga. Enjoy morning swims, long beach walks, or surfing at nearby breaks all within easy walking distance.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Not as expected, dusty, retro low cost feel

Keys had to be collected and dropped off at a different location, strict timing applies -not ideal but no dealbreaker.The apartment presented from the Stone Age with no aircon, no wifi, no linnen (needs to be rented for an additional 134 cost), bedding looks like from the 1970’s, black and white kids portrait on the wall and even the tv was black and white when switched on. On top of this, thick dust on pedestal fans and sticky feel of the fridge and we booked another place without even staying the night.

Not cheap, just nasty.

- Pool was broken during duration of our stay (GCHH rang to advise prior to check-in and offer 10% discount) - Front doors to the complex were also broken and we were only able to leave and enter via the basement. Given the signage around the building, this has been a long and ongoing issue - Shower in ensuite wouldn't drain after use (notified GCHH) and was unusable - Cockaroaches in both the kitchen and loungeroom area (notified GCHH) - Photos online made the unit look dated but well maintained. This is false, unit is in appalling condition. The walls are marked up in the living room and bedrooms, and both rooms have large patches of paint missing from the walls (not shown in photos online). The carpets are stained. The mirrors are marked. Some furniture is in poor condition, the white drawers in cupboards are literally falling apart. The beds are cheap, horrid springy mattresses. Blankets are old and thin. The whole unit has been furnished via an opshop. Everything is old and second hand, like everything, even the kettle. Vaccum barely works. Windows rattle all night with wind in the main bedroom and loungeroom, windows in the spare room whistle and howl. - Unit was poorly cleaned on arrival (GCHH notified). The laundry sink was full of caked on laundry powder. Both bathrooms had a layer of dust on surfaces. The main bathroom had crud and soap caked onto the sink/tapware. I pulled a cup from the cupboard to use and it was full of fruit tingles. There was an old manky G-string on the balcony. I felt like I was staying at a cross between my great grandma's and a cheap Best Western. Location is excellent. GCHH were great to deal with.

My adult son who has an intellectual disability & I both enjoyed the unit the unit

Everything was quite good except the microwave stove certainly didn't work as it should.
