Great vacation spot

The location, floor plan, and amenities were excellent. We would definitely rent again. It could obviously use updating but not a big deal to us. We had a wonderful time.

Spacious Condo

We stayed Memorial Day weekend 2020. We loved the condo and the location is very peaceful but close to the ocean. Sunset Beach is one of our favorite beaches and we really enjoyed staying at your condo. The only negative thing I can say is the shower in the upstairs bathroom needs a good cleaning. The shower curtain had mold on it.

Not totally unhappy

Screens were torn eyelets didn’t work on stove some towels were stained never gave direction on where trash goes other than that amazing stay once I let staff know it was addressed immediately.

Good location but be ready to houseclean yourself I wish we could got out of paying for housekeeping because that was money wasted

We all had a fantastic experience... Sunset Beach 3 min. Away...Ocean Isle Beach like 7 min. away..grocery store right up the road...pool and restaurant on premises.....I will definitely book again

Great getaway

We had a great time, although it was too short of a stay. We would have loved to stay longer but with Covid and all that had happened, a couple of days is all we could do. The area was great. We usually stay in Ocean Isle but we loved sunset beach. The place we stayed was a great area. The golf course was nice. The rules and regulations were a little strict but luckily we had no issues. We stayed Sunday to Tuesday and the restaurant we heard so many great things about was closed which was very disappointing since we were really looking forward to eating the food. The communication and check in process was easy and smooth. We did have a little trouble finding the place initially but finally figured it out. We loved the size of the place we stayed and all the space and room we had. You can tell it’s a much older unit and could use some updates which does make it look somewhat dirty in areas. The shower curtains should be changed regularly. Someone had mentioned mold on the shower curtain when I read reviews and when I mentioned it in one of my communications, It was ignored and when we were there, they had obviously not been changed. Other than all of that, our overall stay and experience was good and we would probably stay again if the price was right. 😁

Older property

Unit had the room for our family, the location was fine and the automated check-in was very efficient. However, the condo is aged. We had to replace a moldy shower curtain, the kitchen was under-equipped (eg, no oven mitts) and the carpet was dated and worn. In addition there was no recycling available. Seems a shame to have to either toss cans/bottles in the trash or haul them out yourself.

Cleaning needed and several items need to be fixed

Property was ok. Amenities were nice. Upper level was really nice. Lower level not so much. Not a lot of cleaning done. Several items that were broken; closet door, nightstand drawer, etc.

The Villa is spacious and clean

Our Stay was very pleasant. The unit is within walking distance of the indoor/outdoor pool area and the Mables Golf course. only a short ride across the Intra coastal to the Beach. Just perfect.
