We really enjoyed this rental. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. There was just enough room for my husband and I and the room included everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our needs and the host was very helpful! The bed is comfortable, the place is clean and it’s really close to the beach. Also the neighbours are really sweet. We appreciated being able to cook with the bbq or microwave given we have small children. The grocery is not too far 10-15 minutes drive. Another perk is the pool. It was very hot on some days at beach sonit was nice to have annopen air pool with a roof. And it’s heated! Overall I would stay again.

Perfect location for the seafood festival!

Perfect viewing of Ashworth Ave, literally 2 minutes from the Seafood Festival entrance.

Awesome place

Very clean, comfortable bed, perfect place to stay, deck is great to watch the sites/ traffic and back deck is quiet if you’d rather have it that way, this is our 2nd year here and we will always now come back here

Wonderful place to stay

The place was so clean, the room was so clean. The walk to and from the beach was so easy and very convenient. My husband and I enjoyed everything there. The pool was amazing and was so warm. We will definitely be back next year

Great Value

It was cleaner, larger, and nicer than even the better local hotel rooms. 1 minute walk to beach, set back a bit which helped with noise, and thankfully great A/C. The price was certainly attractive, especially on a summer concert weekend. There was one little initial glitch witth the door code and Patti answered our call and had us inside in a minute. Would definitely repeat!

Your feedback helps us improve, and we take it very seriously. ​We want to clarify that our hand soap is not watered down. We will check our supply to make sure everything is as it should be. ​The futon is a queen size, but we understand it might have felt small depending on your needs.
