Wonderful Property

The property and location were great! Could not be more conveniently located!! Proximity to the beach was as advertised! It is literally a short drive or bike ride to nearly every major restaurant and shopping area in Hilton Head. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation spot

Fabulous location just a short walk from the Sea Pines Beach Club. The home was spacious and well appointed with a pool just off the back porch. We shared it with just a few other homes and it was kept spotlessly clean. There was a grill on the large back porch with a table big enough for our entire family. The community is gated, quiet and private. Overall a great place for a family.

House was listed as expected and in very clean order. I would definitely rent this unit again poolnright out the back door, 2 min walk to beach and a quick walk to beach bar next door which was so convenient. An a golf course across the street on the lagoon side. Perfect location!

Great location EZ beach access

Wonderful guest stay. Well equipped kitchen. Got a lot of work done during the inclement weather as the WiFi was great. My wife had several Zoom meetings at the comfort of a really airy great room. Close to Golf center and bike rental center. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom in fabulous location - steps from pool and short walk to the beach in Sea Pines. Unit was clean with plenty of pans/kitchen utensils for those who like to cook. Only issues were with TV and internet which went in and out during the stay. Staff was very receptive to our texts about the problems and got everything running again within a short period. Will stay here again

We picked this location as it was close to the beach (one minute walk) and we were not disappointed. All amenities were as advertised. Condo had plenty of room for all adults and children. Communication with property manager prior, during, and following was outstanding. This was our first visit to HHI and we left impressed

This was a perfect place for us to stay for the golf tournament! We loved our location and being able to bike to the tournament! Very nice, quiet neighborhood!

The house was as described, very clean, comfortable and extremely close to the beach. However, there were a few kinks that the rental company couldn't seem to figure out. Our WiFi went down repeatedly over the trip, and was out for a full 24 hours at one point. This also impacted the televisions, as they require internet to function. The people that came out to fix it were friendly, but I got different answers from different people I spoke to at iTrip, which was frustrating. My young daughter also found several huge screws on the back deck, and several more hanging from the bottom of the dining table on the back deck. Finally, the house is being renovated and on our first day there we had an electrician on the roof and back deck for several hours. There are also no blinds or curtains on the windows in the living and dining rooms, which allowed anyone to see in. This could be a lovely property if these issues could be resolved.

Great sea pines location steps from the beach

The property was very clean, spacious and well equipped. We loved that each room had it’s own bathroom. The location was exceptional - steps from the walkway to the beach and very close to the beach club. Peter was fantastic throughout the entire booking and stay and was very responsive. We had a great stay!

An Amazing Time

We had the best time staying at our vacation home! Everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. Beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. We loved sitting on the back deck, overlooking the pool. The gate opens and it’s a few step walk to the pool. If you’re looking for convenience, this is the place for you. The host is very responsive with any questions we had. We will be staying here again. Thank you so much for the perfect trip!
