We had no complaints. Everything that was told to us came to reality. The home was very clean and well kept. Very quiet and 24/7 guard was nice. The swimming pools were very clean and were heated which allowed us to swim whenever we wanted. Thumbs up to anybody else wanting to stay here.

Loved it

This place was everything anyone could ask for. The beds were so comfortable and the reclining chairs in the living room put me to sleep every time I sat in them. It was so spacious it felt like home.

If you want a nice place with a lot of amenities this is the place. The cleanest condo I have stayed in. Owner was very nice. When the owner says minutes from the beach they mean it. Was on the beach in 2 minutes leaving the front door. Pool was 1 minute. One thing, bring your own beach towels. They were not provided. Very close to everything you can imagine.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo and the entire condo area. Everything was emasculate, from the condo to the pools to the landscaping. I would strongly recommend this condo and the owners as well to anyone looking for a quiet, well kept place to go. They had everything in the condo waiting for us and it was extremely clean. We have stayed at other places but this has been our best yet. 5 Star rating isn't high enough.

The dream vacation place we have been looking for.

We can only say that the property is fantastic. The entire complex sits directly on the beach and the upkeep is 2nd to none. As far as the condo, well decorated, has a great view of the beach and is extremely clean. Everything was at the condo when we arrived. This has been our 6th time using services like VRBO and we both agree this has been the best kept property. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Very quiet at night and the entire complex is gated with 24/7 guards.

I would highly recommend this condo. The condo and the property is prime and class A. It was much more that we expected. Spotless and very spacious. Well decorated with a beach theme. We had our own private under-building parking which made it nice because it did rain for two days. There is absolutely no noise at night. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The property is directly on the beach. We will certainly go back again.

Simply a beautiful property for a perfect get-a-way

Really a nice place. The entire property is very lavish and clean. The amenities are kept up very nicely. As far as the condo, just beautiful. Much larger than other condos I have stayed in. Great view of the Gulf of Mexico. We certainly will go back again and I would encourage anyone looking to stay on St. Pete Beach to pick this property.

Very very nice and clean property.

Words can't say enough. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and a minute from being on the beach. The external property is the nicest I have seen. I highly recommend this property and the owner.

My wife and I are originally from Pittsburgh, PA. We purchased our first unit in 1992, pre-construction. Because the beauty of the complex, the surrounding area and most of all the Gulf of Mexico we have bought two additional condos.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The property is Silver Sands Beach and Raquet Club. By far the most prestigious complex on St. Pete Beach. There are professional athlete's, movie stars, TV announcers and other high profile individuals that live at this complex. The complex has a guard 24/7 at the entrance. One of the nice things about Silver Sands is that the entire property sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico but is off the beaten of the traffic and noise of Gulf Blvd.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

24/7 Gate Community with a manned guard. Quiet, well kept property. The complex isn't your normal style condo. This complex offers an interior open atrium entrance and covered under-building parking.
