The house was a very comfortable family home with everything we needed for me and my wife and my daughter and her family. The ceiling fans kept the house cool during the day. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive. This place would be our first choice for our next stay in Pinetop.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is decorated beautifully and very clean. Comfortable beds and blankets, plenty of towels, and every kitchen utensil and appliance you could ever imagine needing. The open floor plan and seating areas are set up perfectly, and very comfortably, for ultimate family time together...and the supply of games are endless! The host, Leslie, was fantastic to work with and she has done an amazing job making this home THE perfect 'home away from home'!

The house was suitable for our needs. The house did not have air conditioning which made it relatively warm during the day, opening the doors and windows was fine but the two front windows did not have screens on them so bugs would enter. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Fall break getaway

Wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to mountain biking trails, restaurants, grocery stores. Super comfy beds, heated floor in the master bath! Kitchen well stocked. Great vacation home.

Cozy and clean

The communication was great with the property manager, and appreciated the quick replies when we had questions. The house is very cute, cozy, and super clean. We would definitely look to rent this place again. Thank you for such an amazing time!

Cozy

The beds were fantastic! I didn’t see anything about no A/C when I booked the room. So that was a shocker. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. So if there’s extra rolls somewhere please be sure to make it known. Also, checking out-there were not specific instructions besides the trash can. We emptied trashed and places soiled linens in the laundry room. We really appreciated the shower supplies and the small condiments in the kitchen.

Hi Jaime. Thanks for the feedback. We are super sorry you didn't see that no AC is listed in the property details. We will also let the cleaning crew know an extra roll of tp wasnt left out, at least 1 extra roll in each bathroom is normally provided, even with short stays. Like the note we have in the cabin says, that's all there is to the check-out. Hope you found that super easy, and we're glad the supplies we provide in the bathrooms and kitchen are helpful. Thanks again for the feedback, it's important to us.

Fantastic house in a great location

We have been coming to Pinetop every year to let the kids enjoy the snow. This house was clean, great floor plan for kids, fantastic amenities, and you couldn’t beat the location. Garage was large enough to fit my Ford Excursion and the drive way was flat with no incline. House has a nice back patio and backyard for the kids to play. We will definitely be looking for this house again in 2022.

High Country Stay

Property was excellent. The most completely stocked home we have stayed in. Furnishing and beds were terrific. Owner was easy and prompt to contact and respond. We have stayed in many homes in North and South America. This lists at the top. You can't go wrong with this property.

Great property for families!

My family stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. All the beds were comfy and the linens were nice. The location is great... close to everything but still quiet and secluded. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and location!

The house was immaculate, well stocked, and was laid out so well. The location is very convenient to everything but far enough away where you feel away from it all. The only outside sound was the gentle breeze flowing through the majestic pine trees all around. We LOVED this house and would book again in a heartbeat!

Cozy Cabin

Great house in a great location with everything we could need. It was perfect for our family of 5 and we will definitely be back! The backyard was perfect for the kids to enjoy the cooler weather and snow. Felt very comfortable and cozy from the minute we walked in. Thank you!

Spacious Retreat

This property was very clean and had high end appliances in spacious kitchen. This made cooking very easy in this time of the pandemic when we don’t eat out. Bed linens were nice as were the towels. Nice deck where we listened to the tall pines in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful trip out of the Tucson heat!
