La vie en vacances ne pourrait pas être meilleure! Cette maison accueillante Sunriver a tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans une location de vacances. Niché au cœur de Sunriver, entouré d'arbres luxuriants et de quiétude, le Klamath 24 vous procure ce sentiment de satisfaction que vous entrez chez vous loin de chez vous.

Cette belle maison de vacances est un 3 chambres 2 salles de bain, avec un lit Queen dans la chambre principale accompagnée de salle de bains principale et douche à l'italienne avec un accès à l'espace de rassemblement extérieur sur le pont. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen-size avec une télévision et la troisième chambre comprend 3 lits jumeaux et une salle de bains commune avec une baignoire / douche.

Détendez-vous et profitez de la chaleur du foyer à gaz du salon avec 2 canapés rembourrés et un fauteuil rembourré, une télévision grand écran, un lecteur DVD / magnétoscope et un système stéréo à 4 disques.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour les repas de famille avec des sièges à la table pour 6, plus 2 tabourets supplémentaires au comptoir et un coin repas de 4 places situé entre la salle à manger et la cuisine.

La terrasse extérieure avec mobilier de pont est suffisamment grande pour que toute la famille puisse s'asseoir et profiter d'un bon barbecue tout en se divertissant devant les merveilleux paysages et sons de la nature. Le mobilier de pont comprend une table de patio avec 6 chaises et 2 chaises longues supplémentaires. Le pont avant fournit également un endroit pour vous asseoir et profiter d'une délicieuse tasse de café le matin ou prendre un bain de soleil au soleil du matin.

Cette maison comprend également 8 laissez-passer SHARC gratuits pour le nouveau centre aquatique ici à Sunriver; C'est à environ 3 minutes de route de Klamath 24.

Beautiful space. It’s a great layout for families! The cleaning could be better. There was a bachelorette party before our stay (it said it in the journal for the house) and a lot of their decorations and party favors were found around the house.

The cabin very was comfortable and had everything needed. It was spacious both inside and out. My only complaint was everyone thought the beds were too hard. Overall, it was a great place.

Cozy Cabin in the Snowy Woods

Such a cozy home with everything you could need for a fun snow weekend! The fireplace was warm, cozy, and so convenient. The hot tub was SUCH a bonus! Wonderfully appointed kitchen. Amazing location. We would definitely book again.

This is at least my third stay in this home. It meets my needs and feels cozy. I hope to stay here with family in the future and actually vacation instead of coming for business. Looking forward to a 4th stay.

Nice house for the pricepoint

The house was nice and roomy for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of sleeping room and room to hang and watch tv and visit. There was only 2 bikes to ride in the garage, so that did limit us on who could go ride, and we didnt want to go rent more bikes. Plenty of room for cooking and eating also. We wanted a roomy house that was 1 level for the grandparents

Sunriver getaway

Beautiful home in a lovely area. Plenty of space for 5 - adult sized teenage boys and myself and partner as their handlers. 2 bikes, 1 needing some work, excellent kitchen with all we needed, only downside was that the propane on the grill was nearly empty and the spare was already empty too. Absolutely will try to rent here again.

Hot tub went cold quick

Loved the layout of it, and it was pretty kid friendly. Some of their silverware needed washed before using which was not a huge deal. We were very disappointed when using the hot tub every time. It would start at a great temperature 104 and then was dropping temp SO quick. We ended up not being able to use as much as we’d like because of it which was very disappointing. It would drop to 97… a warm bath. One of the best things about sunriver is hot tubs outside during winter and it was a deal breaker..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we could need. The linens were also great. We will look for this house again when planning a trip back to Sunriver. The only couple of items that need mentioning: The gas grill is in poor condition with rust and decomposing burners. We chose not to use it. 1 towel bar in the master bathroom is loose and needs to be secured to the wall. These are just fyi. We will for sure try to rent this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at 24 Klamath. The hot tub and fireplace were a welcome addition. The house was lovely. Its location among the trees enhanced the ambiance of our Girls Reunion. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We definitely hope to come back for another visit. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Good but not great

The home was not entirely clean when we checked in, we took care of it ourselves, cobwebs, debris under the sink. Also internet was spotty at best, and never worked in the evenings when we tried to watch Netflix or Disney +. The two bikes in the garage were broken. SHARC passes a huge plus, hot tub good. Deck very creaky. We enjoyed our visit, but I would not rent this home again. For $500 a night, so expected more.

Overall a great experience

It was our first time as a family renting a house. The boys loved it. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not hot when we got there. Found out later that they had emptied it and refilled it that morning. It was good to go the next morning. The only other thing was the DVD player would not play any movies but that wasn’t too bad. Overall it was great and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Great location, close to river

Great property for a family get away. Kitchen was stocked but a little outdated. Could have been more throughly cleaned (cobwebs, burners on stove top dirty), but overall was good. Close to river and bike trails. Great deck area and kids loved the hot tub.

The home was cute and cozy. The hot tub was amazing after snowboarding and ice skating.

It was convenient to Mt Bachelor. Sunriver is quaint. The staff was friendly and quick to solve problems!

Great vacation home

Loved the home. Accurate listing. Clean. Absolutely no complaints with the home. It was a little too remote for us since the kiddos like to be close to town but if you’re looking for more peace and quiet this is the perfect home for you.

Good except too hard mattress.

Thinking of what would matter to me when looking. Comfy furniture in the living room and dining room, The mattress in the master bedroom was way too hard. Rest of the room was nice. The living room and dining room had 1” mini-blinds, which was nice, but they were tied off about 4-5 inches from the bottom which meant after dark it felt uncomfortable. I rolled up a towel and put at the bottom. Kept it warmer and more private. Drain in front bathroom shower/tub drained so slowly, it held water for the shower. Just had my daughter use the one in the master bathroom. Nicely stocked kitchen for dishes and cookware. No salt in the cupboards or salt shaker. Nice frig and the freezer made ice. Nice water and ice dispenser. Window over the kitchen sink had a nice arrangement in it. After dark, there wasn’t a shade or blind on it. Couldn’t get DVD or VHS players to work. Called and they sent someone over. He reconnected some wires... as it turned out the VHS player didn’t work. But the reconnection worked for the DVD player. Over all a nice place.
