Charming little apartment

Great location two blocks to the beach and two blocks to a handful of restaurants. Great historic property well maintained thoughtfully configured with casual outdoor space too.

Beach getaway

Charming Inn with quick beach access a block away. Everything you need is within a few blocks. Loved sitting on the porch with morning coffee. We will be back for another stay.

Fun Visit

The Inn on 17th is a great place to stay. Close to the ocean, shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable for just relaxing also. Communication with the host was excellent, always timely and helpful.

Perfect place on Tybee Island

Spent a few days relaxing after the holidays. The location was wonderful and the room was just as it was described in the listing. I would definitely recommend this place. The hosts were fantastic and made sure there was nothing I needed.

Great location. Nice house. Close to beach, amenities and Savannah. Bathroom very small especially shower. Not a complaint just an observation, the light over the stove was burned out.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The property was great for a quick getaway! Everything was clean and comfy. The upstairs balcony was very relaxing. However, the view across the street was not the best. The downstairs outdoor area was so cute. We will be returning.

The unit was perfect! Exactly as described, and in an incredible spot, from the beach and all the restaurants/shops. Check in was seamless, the host responded immediately to all messages, throughout the whole process. I had gotten mixed up and didn’t realize there wasn’t a dryer in the unit but within 5 minutes she had responded to let me know there was a coin laundromat within 5 min drive. Overall, she was the best host we’ve ever dealt with. The unit itself was so cute and comfortable, and had everything we needed for 2 people for 3 nights.

Everything was great. The property was clean. Our unit had enough of everything for up to two people. Jenny communicates timely, and is very helpful. She had people come over to spray for the mosquitoes, we thought that was very thoughtful - we then were able to enjoy the time at the balcony. Thank you, Jenny.

Had a quick stay in Tybee. The place was excellent prime location. Walkable towards all the hot spots in the area. Parking was taken care of which was nice and Jenny gave information regarding parking, general info in the area that was helpful since we got there before check in time. Beautiful deck view, cozy

Beautiful and comfortable stay only steps from the beach!

My husband and I loved our stay in this cozy studio apartment! The bed was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! The front porch is great and you can see the ocean from the porch. The outside area at this place is amazing with porch swings and fire pits! The walk to the beach is only steps away and within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

Happy Place

Super cute house that is in a wonderful location. Just a short walk to beach and shops are right around the corner. Property manager was very eager to assist us with anything we needed. There were not a lot of renters when we were there so noise was not a problem. We would definitely come back!

Great getaway spot!

If you’re looking for a quaint spot just steps from the beach and very close to restaurants/shops, this is your place! The17th Street Inn was absolutely charming. We were on the second floor, and had our own private balcony, perfect for coffee in the morning and a post dinner drink at night. We loved having a small kitchen but spent most of our time on the porch, where we enjoyed people watching, reading and having coffee before heading to the beach to swim and fish. We will definitely recommend this spot to friends and family who want a little getaway spot with their partner. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer!

Enjoyable Tybee Trip!

Was in the area for work and booked property on short notice. Turned out to be Pirate Fest weekend, which made for a busy yet enjoyable time. The parking pass was definitely nice as parking was limited due to festivities. In general, parking pass is nice as have had to pay up to $48/day previously for other Tybee stays. We very much enjoyed the porch. Weather was nice and almost chilly which made for a nice relaxing and reading spot. Property is well maintained and had an enjoyable trip. Short 2 minute or so easy walk to beach. Restaurants easy walking distance from property. We stayed 5 nights and only observation regarding the unit was would have been nice to have a more comfortable chair or two for indoor relaxing but realize that space is tight. Jenny was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a nice getaway!

I had an incredible stay at this Tybee Island gem! The room was beyond cute and impressively well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. The host was fantastic—very attentive and incredibly easy to get ahold of throughout the stay.The beach was just a few steps away, and while the balcony overlooks a side road, it still offers a beautiful ocean view that was perfect for the sunrise in the morning. A huge plus was the parking pass included with the stay—it was such an added bonus that made getting around completely stress-free. If you’re looking for a cozy, hassle-free getaway, this is it

This condo is in a great location, right in the middle of everything, and has an ocean view from the patio. There is a really nice sitting area around the side of the building with a grill where we were able to mingle with the other guests. Inside, it had all the expected amenities, but we were not able to get the cable TV to work.

Extremely convenient

My partner and I were extremely pleased with the property. It looked just like the pictures, and the bed was so comfortable! My partner and I have never slept so well in a new bed. The water is visible from the balcony, and about two blocks walk. So convenient! We drove into Savannah each day to eat, as we did not find any of the local restaurants to be great. But it is an easy and convenient drive to the city with beautiful views. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I stayed here in April 2019. The location is ideal, just a half block from the beach with lots of street parking. Close to a few great restaurants and a coffee shop just around the corner. The room was a good size for two people. The bathroom & kitchen were clean with good water pressure! We really enjoyed the balcony on our room. This home has 8 units but is very quiet and has been updated throughout.

Nice clean cozy place near the beach

Really nice, but suggested improvements (cost very little): 1. Buy a regular size coffee pot 2. Provide more than 1 kitchen towel 3. The toilet paper is the worst I have ever seen in my life - Upgrade!

Things to note

The property was misleading. Was not in the best of shape. Very worn. It certainly showed better in the photos on line. The front door wasn’t working properly and was extremely hard to close. No one took the time to try and lock it. The television wasn’t working.
