Situé dans le parc souhaitable Seaside. Un petit pùté de maisons de la plage et une promenade facile à la promenade et parc aquatique Seaside Heights. Cette spacieuse maison de parc 3 BR Lazy River dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, d'un salon et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Tous les clients ont accÚs à notre club de natation Lazy River situé à quelques pùtés de maisons sans frais. Nettoyé professionnellement toujours.

Beautiful House great location

The house was perfect, everything you need for a beach stay. Close to walk to the boardwalk but out of the way of the craziness. Off street parking was key. We enjoyed our time away at this wonderful House.

The location was perfect. The place needs some work, paint, new beds. People must come in and destroy these places. I come in and clean and leave the place better than when I come in.We had a really nice time there and would definitely rent from Lazy River again.

Weekend stay

This property was perfect and so close to the beach. It was clean and getting it was so easy to quickly tidy up before leaving. You can easily walk to beach and boardwalk. We were able to check in and get into the house early before we went to the beach. They made sure to accommodate this since we were only there the weekend. 5 stars!!

Great house, poor communication

From the moment I booked this place to the time we checked in, the communication was very poor. I received emails saying I would receive a confirmation package and then a generic information email that includes all of the properties this agency rents. The generic email needs to be reviewed and have the information updated. I felt it was not clear which property we were renting, the house or the cottage. The “confirmation” package, is not a package. It’s a document having me sign that I won’t sue them for anything related to Covid. However, this document for me to e-sign was sent to us with the incorrect dates for our stay. I had to email them twice to fix this. Emails were answered pretty quickly, but I had to continue to email them for generic questions, which was pretty annoying. I would suggest they review their information and provide more informing emails. The “welcome email” said we needed to bring linens, towels, blankets and pillows. So we did. Turns out they had blankets for the queen beds but not the pull out beds. So we had brought along extra blankets we didn’t need. So be prepared. We also were sure to bring our own towels and wash cloths for the kitchen. The emails also said we would be supplied with two rolls of tp, paper towels, dish soap - but only tp was provided. The emails all said parking for the house was on the right and the door would be unlocked upon arrival (to reduce contact due to Covid), again, when we arrived, the door was locked. I went to call the company and then the maintenance guy was there to let us in and told us to park on the left. There was a contact number in the email to call if there were issues and the maintenance guy said no, use my number. Just very frustrating communication from this company. I would not rent from them again. The house was clean and nice. Every room had ceiling fans and the AC worked great while we were there. There were emails also saying the fridge takes a while to work but ours was new and worked fine. Was cold right away. No seasonings, even something like salt and pepper. Again, probably due to Covid so again, be prepared. Utensils and pans were new. There were no pans for baking, like cookie sheets. Emailed to ask what kind of filters for the coffee pot and was told they were Mr. coffee pots so the standard filters. Instead, it was a beach Hamilton coffee maker and took the cone shaped filters. I like to be prepared before I go on vacation and did not feel that way.
