Propriété gérée par des professionnels et appartenant à la location de Lazy River qui offre à ses hôtes un parc aquatique à prix réduit et des tickets pour les attractions. Accueil a accès à Internet partout, trois téléviseurs à écran plat intelligents, Profitez de l'accès gratuit au centre de fitness local.

Récemment rénové 2 BR Cottage avec piscine partagée sur le site. Petit chalet avec cuisine complète et nouvelle salle de bain. Juste un pâté de maisons de la plage et de la promenade. Divulgation: Les chalets si près de la plage avec piscine (partagé) peuvent aller deux fois le prix offert. Notre taux est basé sur ce chalet étant un chalet récemment rénové mais plus petit (environ 600) pieds carrés d'espace. Chaque chambre a un grand lit et un canapé-lit dans les salons. Il a un beau plan d'étage ouvert mais petit que nos suites traditionnelles. L'intimité d'un chalet avec une belle terrasse ouverte donne aux familles beaucoup de place dans le chalet ou sur la piscine.

Cette maison de vacances 2 BR est situé à Seaside Heights NJ connue pour sa célèbre promenade, deux jetées océaniques de divertissements et de manèges, le nouveau parc aquatique et piscine 20 Million Dollar Breakwater Beach. Ocean et Bay Beaches. Island Beach State Park est à quelques minutes. Six Flags à Jackson NJ est à 25 minutes de route. Atlantic City est à 45 minutes.

Perfect size and location!

We had an amazing experience at screen door cottage! It was cozy and just the right size for my family of 3 plus our dog! Great pool right on premises along with everything you need outdoors. We will definitely be booking again!

Fourth of July week

This property was absolutely perfect for our little beach vacation. We stayed for a week. I only went to the beach once because I sat by the pool every other day the maintenance guy was so friendly and always willing to help. We were hesitant about sharing the yard with the other houses, however, we lucked out and had three great families. Overall, it was a great vacation.

wonderful quaint cottage just minutes from the beach. didn't get to use the pool, but nice addition to the property. WiFi wasn't working for most of the stay but think it was similar problem in the entire town. Very nice getaway spot!

Overall the experience was very good. The cottage is recently renovated and despite some evidence of the recent work around the outside area it was very nice. There were a few essential items missing from the kitchen so we purchased those and left them for future renters. The location is great, only minutes to walk to the beach. The A/C works great, but is very loud especially in the bedroom furthest from the bathroom. Overall a very nice place, would stay here again.

The cottage was clean spacious free standing home with a large porch. The two bedrooms were adequate with queen beds .The bathroom was very tight with a tiny sink, but large shower.The toilet was very awkward and uncomfortable and did not work properly.3 TV’s helped pass the time because beach was unavailable.the pool is small but useful on hot days.Dogs are allowed on property so be aware of aggressive dogs that are not on a leash .The internet was on most days and with some interruptions from time to time.Could not find electrical panel box,think it’s hidden behind fridge.Overall the place is better than the “surf side hotel “down the street.

A nice getaway!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Andrea made sure that all or our needs and questions were satisfied. They accommodated us when we had a change of plans and did not bring our dog. The place was clean with pretty furniture, with 2 bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each and a fold-out couch in the livingroom. The pool was small but clean and well kept- perfect for our needs. It was an easy walk to the beach.

Great Spot

Our small group really enjoyed our stay here. The place is only a short two block walk to the beach/boarwalk. Andrea was helpful, friendly and always answered my calls and questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect Friends Get-Away

This property was perfect for what we needed it for. 2 blocks from the beach. It was smaller than we imagined it was going to be, but we only needed it to sleep. If it rained the 6 of us would have had an issue in the house. Would highly recommend lazy river - great customer service.

Perfect location and house!

My, husband and 2 young sons enjoyed a great week at the beach in our Screen Door Cottage! Everything was clean, the deck was a huge bonus and the courtyard with pool was just perfect for the days we didn’t walk the short trip to beach & boardwalk! Close walking distance to EVERYTHING! Thank you for a great vacation & memories. We can’t wait for our next stay with Lazy River Rentals!

Perfect for a little family

This was our first official vacation since we had our daughter, the cottage was literally perfect for a small family. It was well kept, clean and met all our daily needs. The pool, courtyard and beach was where we spent most of our time. This house is in prime location especially if you have little ones and you have to rush home for a nap or diaper change after the beach or boardwalk....It’s literally a 3 minute walk not rushing to the house. We enjoyed every bit of our 4 day stay during this crazy pandemic. The little porch out front was the hot spot for my husband and I after we put our daughter down. Bottle of wine and laughs was plenty for us! Beautiful little cottage tucked away. During these crazy times I couldn’t have been happier with our little Jersey Shore get away.

Great location

Overall the weekend trip was great. Amazing location, minutes away from the board walk, restaurants, and bars. Cute little pool on sight, and the cottage was well kept. Only things that were inconvenient was we were only supplied with one roll of toilet paper and paper towel between 5 people and a two day stay. No dish washer soap, so we had to buy all of those items. Other than the lack of supply overall a great stay!

Had a great stay at Lazy River Rentals in Seaside Heights,NJ. Check in was easy peasy & Andrea at the front desk was a pleasure! She was very personable and helpful. Loved our cottage! Perfect size for me and my family! Place was professionally cleaned & sanitized. Central air in the house! 2 working grills. Nice little inground pool that was shared between the 3 homes on premises. Outside fireplace with a Fooseball table. Property was cleaned daily. Very nice/friendly crew! Place was great & we’ll definitely rebook for next year!! Overall we had an all around excellent stay!
