restful Portland country stay

Nice, quiet property just ou of Portland that was just right for a small-medium family to stay. Amenities were good, bedrooms the same and location was excellent. Very much enjoyed the small farm feeling and nice to have a quiet yet conveinent location near town. Highly recomend to ayone and would definitely stay here again

Fantastic

Beautiful old farmhouse just a short drive from Portland. All modern cons but still with all the old world charm of yesteryear. Super quiet and highly recommended.

Beautiful farm cottage located just out of Portland

Beautiful farm cottage, we loved our stay and being able to enjoy the countryside. Well located in relation to Portland and Cape Bridgewater, we also used it as a base to visit Budj Bim National Park. The cottage was very homely and clean, some bugs but to be expected. The fireplace was welcomed when it cooled down at night. Next time we come Portland way would definitely stay again.

Roll isn't!

Property was clean, functional and perfect location for our daily fishing in Portland and trips to cape Bridgewater for swimming at the beach. Unlike a lot of other properties, this one includes small touches like clothes airers that make staying for a longer period all the more easy. Highly recommend!

Lovely quiet spot among farms

Three of us had four nights at Foley's Run and loved our stay there. The house is capacious and well stocked with skylights and verandas all around. It has all the mod cons you will need and the beds were comfortable. Google Maps may misdirect you but we found it eventually. A great spot for exploring Portland and the nearby coast, or for chilling in the yard with a book and glass of wine. Recommended.

Country Peace

Lovely cottage located a little bit from town and even though close to the road it was quiet inside. Sheep and cattle nearby and a short walk down the road spotting koalas was fun. Lovely that pets are accepted and they had a ball as well.

Very clean and cosy home

The Propert is great for families and a let. We loved the fire place and updated bathroom. The hot water did run out which is not for a family of six.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Nicola. The fire place is amazing in winter! There is a boost for the hot water service with instruction in the welcome book.

Beautiful, comfortable Cottage

A lovely clean and comfortable cottage. Not too far from Portland centre and from Cape Bridgewater. Would stay here again in the future.

Very relaxing stay

Very comfortable & relaxing stay. 2 adults & 2 kids all enjoyed. Premises are clean and tidy. Perhaps could have a street number for identification.

Charming Cottage

Charming, cosy cottage, perfect for a family holiday. Plenty for the kids to do and rocking chairs on the front verandah to relax in! Lovely cottage with everything you need. A great holiday!

Excellent Property

Lovely 3 bedroom cottage/house in a very quiet peace of paradise. Very clean & comfortable. Nice linens & comfy beds. Lots of extras - the simple things that usually get missed. Great for kids - well catered for with heaps of space for them to run around & explore. Highly recommend!!!
