Situé à quelques pas (2 minutes à pied) de Long Sands Beach, avec le rugissement de l’océan audible et l’océan visible des lieux et à quelques minutes de Portsmouth, Ogunquit et Kittery, ME, cet impeccable 3 chambres / 1. 5 bath est l'oasis d'été parfaite.

Intérieur fraîchement repeint, planchers de bois remis à neuf qui brillent au soleil, et mobilier de salon mis à jour offrent un espace de vie relaxant pour vous détendre.

L'étage principal est confortable et spacieux avec une excellente exposition au soleil l'après-midi. Le salon a de nouveaux canapés, chaises, ROKU Streaming avec Direct TV et WiFi Il y a un nouveau foyer électrique et un bar technologique pouvant accueillir 3 personnes. Les chambres disposent de nouveaux oreillers, draps et édredons avec un rembourrage épais de 3 "pour un sommeil confortable. La cuisine est approvisionnée en articles ménagers de qualité.

Pas de soucis de circulation, pas de soucis de stationnement, pas de compteurs à nourrir. Déballez et détendez-vous ou visitez les nombreuses attractions de la région. Quatre restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pied. Les enfants - pas de soucis. Beaucoup à faire pour tout le monde. Il y a une arcade à vélo ou à pied. Location de vélos, location de radeaux et de parapluies, cours de surf et de paddle board, tous situés sur la plage de Long Sands. Le parc Wild Kingdom de York, le célèbre phare Nubble et le centre-ville de York, avec ses nombreux magasins uniques, se trouvent tous à moins de 2,5 km de notre maison. Il existe de nombreuses autres attractions de la région, notamment la randonnée, les pistes cyclables et les excursions en bateau, ainsi que le célèbre Cliff Walk et Perkin's Cove. Nous fournissons un livre à notre domicile énumérant de nombreuses attractions et activités pour votre commodité.

Cette maison rénovée est la location estivale idéale. Nous avons des tables de pique-nique, un barbecue à gaz et des chaises Adirondack pour les clients extérieurs. Nous avons également fourni des chaises de plage pour votre commodité. Il y a un grand parking dans la rue.

Charming Home Around the Corner from the Beach

The house was beautiful and the location Provided easy access to the beach. Owners provided all the amenities we could ask for and could not have been more hospitable, even providing suggestions of things to do on a rainy day. Great time at a great house.

Location and Cleanliness is key

Amazing location and the house was clean. Had everything we needed including a handicap shower chair we didn’t even think of. Host was amazing. Will definitely be staying again if we go back to Maine.

Comfortable stay near Long Sands

This is a nice house with plenty of space for a family and great amenities (laundry, A/C) for a summer stay in York. We've been visiting York for many years and this is one of the nicer places we've stayed. It's an easy walk to the south end of Long Sands, and a quick drive to downtown York.

Cottage is in a great location close to the beach. Bedrooms are nice and big, however it should be mentioned that the host requires you to clean and wash all linen before departure. Owner does not use any additional cleaning company. Also, fire alarms went off two nights in a row in the middle of the night, but owner came and installed all new alarms. After our check out, I received a damage claim for the stove which we did not use a single time during our stay without any message or inquiry from the owner.

I’m happy you enjoyed our home. The fire alarms were all replaced immediately. The first time it happened we were told once it was reset it stopped and was not a problem by a person you left in our home while you went out of town on business. When it occurred again we immediately replaced all six. The contract states clearly we do not have a cleaning service and we communicate up front about it so you can make an informed decision to rent. You were free to bring own linens as I did provide bed sizes. After your departure we found open windows, a/c on, ceiling fans on, and I found one of the new fire alarm broken on the floor. The towels were put away wet. I had to throw away the shower curtain that was wrapped wet and knotted around the shower bar. It turned black with window left open and high humidity. The first floor towel rack was found pulling off the wall. It took me 3 hours to clean, wash and dry towels. The stove top had deep knife scratches like it was used as a cutting board. The purpose of insurance is to protect you and owner from accidental misuse. I assumed the mistreatment of our home was not intentional and returned your $500 dollar security deposit.

Back to the beach

After 2 years of being "land locked" we came back to York to enjoy beach and surf. good location, quick walk to the beach.

Fall getaway

Property was well maintained and close to the water. Unit was not handicapped accessible with shower on second floor. A full cleaning was expected upon leaving, yet we had to sweep on the first night finding hairs and dirt on the floors. Condiments and staples were available for use, which was very nice.

Christmas Shopping

Great location close to Kennebunkport, Kittery, ogunquit, and Portsmouth NH. Great time shopping for Christmas presents in quaint, little towns. Close to the beach for a nice morning or afternoon walk. The property was clean and well stocked. It was a little unusual to have to wash all the bed linens and towels which makes it difficult to check out by 11 AM. Would definitely book this property again but would bring my own bed linens next time.

Wedding guest weekend getaway

I stayed at this property this past weekend to attend a wedding at the York Harbor Inn. The location of this property is great, only a 4 minute drive to the wedding venue and you can see the ocean from the end of the driveway. It’s a quick 2 minute walk to the beach and there are sidewalks everywhere to safely walk along the ocean and to restaurants. The house is outfitted with everything you could need and allowed for plenty of space with four adults. The owner, Kathy, responded quickly to questions and graciously allowed us to check in early and check out late during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to York!

Great private location!

Kathleen was a wonderful host who communicated everything we needed to know to make our stay perfect. Spotless, well appointed space with thoughtful touches throughout. She provided many extras that we hadn’t even thought of! Very close to the beach-less than a 5 minute walk. Plenty of parking and child friendly. We definitely will come back!!

Great York Beach Vacation

Very nice location to beach.(only a short walk!) Property was very clean and well equipped with extras to borrow such as beach towels and beach chairs. House felt very secure and safe. The electric fireplace was an added bonus on a chilly evening. Enjoyed our stay here very much!

Great York Beach condo

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and updated. The condo was very close to the beach so We could come and go throughout the day. There are restaurants and ice cream within walking distance as well. Very nice stay!
