Lumineuse et lumineuse, cette maison offre 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs grand Ă©cran HD, Internet gratuit et bien sĂ»r, une vue sans fin sur le golf et les montagnes de Santa Rosa! Aucune dĂ©pense sparred dans l'ameublement de la maison de style moderne, y compris un canapĂ©-lit en cuir Della Robbia! Un garage pour 2 voitures et une longue allĂ©e offrent un grand parking pour vous et tous les invitĂ©s que vous souhaitez divertir. Le grand auvent rĂ©tractable sur le patio vous permet de profiter du patio toute la journĂ©e et toute la saison. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de taxes dues pour un sĂ©jour de 27 nuits ou plus, vrbo n'a aucun moyen de les supprimer du devis lorsque vous l'obtenez. We had a great week at this property. There were some hiccups at the beginning with housekeeping but they were quickly resolved. Neal was very responsive to any questions we had.

Loved everything about this condo, from the community layout, Security gate, and the condo itself. Very roomy and nicely updated with everything we needed. Neal was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Nice to have a garage to keep our car out of the heat. There is also an alarm system for the condo. Stores, restaurants, and golf are all nearby.

The unit was great and the host very accommodating, but I suggest putting a trash can in the kitchen and towel bars in the smaller bathroom.

Our host, Neal, was very responsive from prior to check in until check out. There are 32 pools in the HOA and ours was just a couple minute walk away. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool! The fitness center is well equipped and the Pickleball players during Open Play were extremely welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely private community

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfect for 3 adults and nicely appointed. Master bedroom is very roomy. I will note that one of the overhead lights in the master bath was out, making it a bit difficult to see, and the shower/tub combo is challenging to get in and out of as it is a very big step over the rim and no grab bars to assist. For the average person this probably isn't an issue, but for seniors we just had to be very careful. Fortunately a rub mat was suppled which was much appreciated. The patio looks out over the golf course and is protected from the majority of the sun/heat. We enjoyed eating outside a lot. There is also an awning which helps keep the heat down. Overall, the location is terrific and the condo was very clean and convenient to stores, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Great Desert Location by Golf Course Lake

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Neal’s Desert Falls condo. Having access to a two car garage was great to safely store our E-bikes. We also appreciated that the rental included free access to the Desert Falls Country Club tennis, pickleball, and extensive gym.

Our first holiday in Palm Desert

We had a wonderful trip and our accommodation was just perfect. It was an ideal location and we had a beautiful view of the golf course. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers. Our host was great and appreciated having the garage and alarm for added security. Only regret was having to leave. Would certainly love to return one day. Thanks to our host Neal.

Great Location/Beautiful Setting

We enjoyed everything from the layout of the condo (nice design when your group includes both early risers and others who like to sleep in!) to its proximity to all the activities we engaged in during our stay. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We definitely plan to return!

Fabulous Stay!

My husband and I loved staying at Neal's property! We had a little hiccup checking in but Neal fixed it immediately. He responds to any concerns promptly. Being on the lake was such a bonus and so peaceful. The condo is tastefully decorated and the master bed was one of the most comfortable we have had at a rental. We would definitely stay at this property again. Neal is a wonderful host.

One of the nicest place I have stayed!

This was by far one of the nicest places i have booked. The place was super clean and comfortable to stay at. It had great views and the golf course it was on was top notch. The owners were fantastic and accomodating me entire stay. I had to extend my stay and it was easy to do. I would recommend staying - I plan to stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at this VRBO! The owners were good at communications, good instructions and a very nice unit. This unit sits on a small lake that is a water hole on the golf course. It was so much fun watching golfers take on the water! We saw a variety of players, one group had 3 birdies and a par, while others were triple boogie or more. Nice stocked, nice beds, overall just a great stay! Having a garage in the heat is a super benefit also. Thanks Owners! Tom & Sonya

Perfect view on the 12th green

Beautiful modern suite with contemporary decor. Wonderful patio overlooking the 12thgreen and large pond complete with a variety of waterfowl. Many streets and trails in the complex for long walks. We loved our stay!

Melinda & Neal Johnson have owned another property (Desert Falls Retreat) since 2013. They fell in love with the community (golf, tennis, gym, clubhouse, pro-shop). Their FAVORITE part of the course was hole 12 and they vowed that if a ground level property became available on that hole, they would try to buy it! So when Villa Court hit the market, they wanted to buy and were joined in the purchase by Melinda's parents, Dan & Jeanette Brough. The Brough family had also fallen in love with the charm of Palm Desert and Desert Falls County Club.

From the moment we saw hole 12 on the golf course we knew that we would try to purchase a ground level unit there if it became available! It did and we became the proud owners of the Desert Falls Villa Retreat! As soon as you see the view, you will know why it was LOVE at first sight!!!

Renters have access to the 9 lighted tennis courts and a full gym! Also access to golf (tenant expense)! This home is ground level with no steps!!
