PRIMARY FULL BATHROOM:
~Updated bathroom with double sinks, hair dryer located in cabinet.
~Large shower stall with body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers
~Two closets with hangers, ironing board, iron, robes, laundry basket and luggage rack
~Linen cabinets, with extra bathroom towels, pool towels, sheets and a blanket

GUEST BEDROOM:
~This Cozy bedroom has a newer Queen-size bed, dresser and two nightstands, with lamps that have USB ports on the backside.

~The Cozy living room has a newer accent chair, coffee table and couch with a hide away bed (there are extra linens, pillows and memory foam mattress topper for hide away bed in hallway closet)
~The coffee table has four top cushions that flip over to use as trays.

~Gas fireplace
~Slider door leads out to patio with views of golf course, pond and mountains

There are two security cameras located at the condo. One on the front door entry Ring Doorbell and the second camera is in the garage. There are no interior cameras.

ACCESS TO CONDO:
~Each vehicle attached to the guest’s full name will be placed at the front main entrance guard gate for the exact dates of the stay.

~Keyless entry door lock system.

~Check in times: 3:00-4:00pm
(4pm: if back to back reservations)
~Check out time: 11:00am

POLICIES:
~Up to 4-5 people maximum can sleep/visit.
~Two-three vehicles maximum allowed to park at the condo.
~No pets allowed.
~No smoking of any kind (throughout the entire property-indoor, outdoor, garage, patio, front yard etc.), which includes cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, cannabis etc.
~No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed.
~No filming or photo shoots allowed at the condo.
