Pilot Rock Cottage - Vue sur l'océan et excellent point de départ pour explorer la région

Cette petite maison surplombant la baie de Trinidad est parfaite pour explorer la côte nord et se détendre dans un quartier sans distraction. La maison a un radiateur mural, des radiateurs et du chauffage au bois, un porche pour regarder le Big Blue, tout le confort et les commodités, un hébergement confortable tout autour. Que vous souhaitiez parcourir les sentiers à proximité, affréter un voyage de pêche, lire plusieurs livres ou simplement profiter d'une escapade paisible, cette maison aura probablement ce dont vous avez besoin. Un lit dans la chambre, 1 canapé futon dans la salle des cartes. Le propriétaire habite sur la propriété, dans une unité séparée, ce qui est bien si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit pendant votre séjour. Nous n'offrons actuellement pas de WiFi et bien que cela puisse avoir un impact sur votre décision de rester avec nous, plusieurs invités ont dit avoir apprécié cette pièce. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible dans le café à proximité si vous en avez besoin lors de vos déplacements. Nous avons également récemment opté pour le 100% solaire, donc si vous appréciez d'avoir un impact minimal, c'est un grand avantage. Nous espérons vraiment que vous nous considérerez et que vous ferez de superbes escapades, encore plus en séjournant au Pilot Rock Cottage.

The cottage was perfect for us. There are restaurants nearby and a grocery store. We checked out all the beaches and explored the tide pools. We watched the sunset every evening from a different beach. We traveled north and south from Trinidad to visit the enchanted trees in the area. Our hosts were very helpful and always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is in a great Trinidad location. It is on a quiet residential street with a view of the Pacific and Trinidad Head. A popular cafe is just a few minutes away by foot and the scenic fishing pier is just down the hill.Steve is a great host. Communicating with him was quick and enjoyable.The cozy cottage was well equipped for our stay and the wood burining stove is a plus.We will be back!

My wife and I, along with our 2 young kids, had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The space felt bigger in person than it looked in the photos. It's very charming and we loved the decor. The hosts set up the chart room as a second bedroom and it worked out perfectly for our party of 4. Our imaginative kids loved exploring the garden. The location is central and walkable to everything, from Murphy's market to Trinidad Head. It was an excellent base to explore Redwood NP from and we wouldn't hesitate staying there again if we're lucky enough to make the trip again some day!

This place was great for two people looking to spend time in a centrally located location on the coast. Walking distance to tasty food and the beach as well as hikes. We loved staying here and would definitely return.

Loved this quaint cottage with a porch overlooking the water. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Trinidad is a very small town and some restaurants were not open as per their websites so were really glad we had a kitchen. Great place to get away from it all

Wonderful Getaway!

My wife Jen and I had always dreamed of being able to live in Trinidad and then it finally happened. We both work at Cal Poly Humboldt and love to get outside as much as possible in Humboldt County. We live on this property and know this community and have been in this part of California for 30+ years. I am originally from Carlsbad, CA and Jen is from Junction City, CA. I came to Humboldt for the small town experience and Jen came to the university for big city experience.

If you want to be in the heart of a small fishing village and be able to walk to the store, to the beach, or drive to any number of attractions, this is a great home base. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, and you can do it all, or do nothing at all, and feel refreshed from your time in Trinidad.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This cottage has something to offer all year round with great views of the bay from the front room, a cozy wood stove, very comfortable accommodations, a nice yard to hang out in, and a handful of restaurants, wineries, art galleries, and a museum/library. The house is small and really geared for a couple although it can handle up to two adults and two kids under 12 if you are already accustomed to living in close quarters.
