Cette maison offre une vue spectaculaire sur le coucher du soleil, une cuisine complète, une laveuse / sécheuse et un balcon. Convient aux enfants avec des options pour emballer et jouer, une chaise haute et des livres / jouets.

Cette maison conserve le charme et a été magnifiquement mise à jour tout au long. Confortable et propre, niché dans un quartier calme.

A little more run down than photos indicate, the downstairs bathroom is very loud. The hosts are very nice and the location is ideal. The coffee shop close by is great. Kitchen has every appliance you could need.

It was a nice place to stay especially for families. We have four boys ages 6, 5, 3, and 1. We were worried that our little one wasn't going to be able to sleep through the night in an unfamiliar place, but it worked out fine. The stay was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. Owner was great with communications when we had questions.

Wonderful experience

This house was perfect- rented it for the US Marines boot camp graduation. This property is super close to the base, which was so nice. The house was great, Kelsi was easy to work with and we really enjoyed our stay!

Cool house in great neighborhood steps away from little italy. Easy access to airport, freeway, and local attractions. Kelsi even provided coffee upon check-in which really helped with the jet lag. Would definitely recommend to any larger group that is looking to stay close to downtown.

Very pleased with all the comfort and convenience of this home.

Everything was great at this stay. We never had any issues or concerns here. The location is great and close to so many places to go and enjoy. I will definitely look to rent here again when I stay in San Diego. 5 stars all the way!!

Convenient and comfortable

This remodeled older home is extremely clean and just as advertised. It isn't fancy, but is comfortable with plenty of room for our party of 5 adults and 4 children. The location is great - close to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Old Town, the harbor, and easy access to Interstate 5. Kelsi was great to work with.

We had a wonderful stay for our son's/grandson's/nephew's graduation from Marine Boot Camp. The location was just a short drive away, allowing us to witness and celebrate this significant achievement. It is also conveniently close to the airport, the zoo, Old Town, and various other sightseeing spots.Finding the place was a bit challenging since it is tucked away from the main road, but the directions provided by Erik and Kelsi were very accurate. The property was clean and spacious, with enough beds for everyone. We did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom, but Erik responded quickly. The only suggestion I have for your guest book is to include information about where the light for the upstairs shower is located; we only discovered it on our last day. Additionally, providing a broom would be helpful so that we could sweep the floor before leaving. Other than that, I give this place a 10 and highly recommend staying here on your next trip to San Diego!

Great Location

This house is in a great location and prefect for our adult group of five. Had a couple of issues, but the owner was always quick to respond. My only complaint would be that the house felt a little dirty, stains on the bed spreads, stains on the dining room table cover, stains on the mattress covers and dirty mats in the bathrooms. I also wished there was more comfortable seating on the deck and drawers for clothes as opposed to just a closets in the rooms.

Worn and drafty

It was cold inside when arrived. Both the main floor and lower level doors were not sealed and cold air was coming thru. It took until next day to get warm (had 4 young children with us). Bathrooms were old. Not enough towels. Owner did respond to requests.

BEWARE- unfortunate events and was unfairly charged!

We had a great stay at this location but had some things break while we were there which were out of our control. Beware things are not properly secured and could cause bodily harm. We had multiple issues. First the bottom downstairs mirror fell off the wall. It was not tightly secured which could have hurt someone. It is not bolted to a stud and hanging by a thread. This was an hour into our visit. Pictures were sent and someone came to fix it. The next day a shelf fell in the bunk room because the latch was previously broken. No one was in the room, the latch was found on top of the shelf. Pictures were sent of both the broken table and the latch sitting on the top of the shelf. Was told by owner they would check on it when we checked out. I have tried to reach out to owners and they have chosen to ignore me. I have filed a complaint with VRBO since they have charged us unfairly $100. We also found a bloody palmprint on the doorframe of one of the downstairs bedrooms. Needless to say, we will not be renting here again when visiting San Diego.

We loved the multiple places to congegrate in the home and the neighborhood has a fun vibe to walk to restaurants, bars, farmer's markets, etc. Great property.

We visited with two small children who enjoyed the books and toys as much as the house. We were close to the airport, downtown and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo. We would stay here again.

Great family place

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great we walked to Little Italy and to the harbor pretty easily and drove to PB one of the days! All within 10-15 minutes. The house had comfortable beds and plenty of accommodations for our large party - 8 adults and 3 children. House has been remodeled and maybe still has some small aspects that are in the process of being remodeled but overall great!

Incredible stay with lots of food and drink options within walking distance

We loved our stay here! It’s close to the airport so it was easy for everyone to arrive at different times and make it to the rental, the place is exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Little Italy is walking distance from the rental and had tons of food and drink options that were perfect for hanging out. The owner was great and whenever I reached out I got quick communication back that was always helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for Group of 10

This place is 5 min from the airport, close to great areas like Little Italy and Downtown SD. It’s also great for a group of 8-10. There are 4 rooms with beds (one has a bunk bed). There are parking spots for 2 cars tandem. If you have any more than that, street parking is a little challenging. Kelsi was easy to communicate with and my family enjoyed their stay!
