Bienvenue Ă  Exit Zero! Cette maison se trouve en bord de plage, face au paradis, afin que vous puissiez assister Ă  la beautĂ© de la baie de l'ocĂ©an! Tout en vous relaxant, regardez le plus beau coucher de soleil du monde tout en regardant les dauphins jouer. Avec trois chambres, cette toute nouvelle maison peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes, mais dispose de 3 canapĂ©s gigognes pour les personnes supplĂ©mentaires. Il y a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec des plafonds cathĂ©drale. Tous les nouveaux appareils et meubles. Sur cette propriĂ©tĂ© en bord de mer, vous pouvez vous dĂ©tendre, faire du kayak, nager ou simplement vous asseoir et regarder les dauphins depuis le porche. À quelques minutes des restaurants, de la promenade et des magasins de Cape May. Vous pouvez aller observer les baleines, louer des bateaux de pĂȘche et pratiquer tous les sports nautiques. Vingt minutes Ă  Wildwood pour que les enfants dĂ©couvrent les promenades palpitantes sur la promenade! Plus important encore, comme indiquĂ© prĂ©cĂ©demment, cette maison se trouve devant les plus beaux couchers de soleil du monde! Un spectacle Ă  ne pas manquer!

We had an absolutely incredible week at Michael’s beautiful home. It was the perfect location for our family and comfortably fit everyone. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need. And the sunsets are truly spectacular. Would highly recommend and plan to visit again!

Great property and location on the Delaware Bay. We are vary familiar with Cape May for over 30 years and we really enjoyed this quiet location now that we have a new grandchild. Easy access to the Bay beach and Downtown is just a short drive. Beds, Rooms and property layout is very comfortable. Hope to return again.

Amazing accommodations, sunsets and memories!

We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless clean, beautiful and had amazing views of the sunset. The home owners made sure that guests would be left wanting for nothing. While in Cape May we spent a good amount of time at the house because it was just that amazing! We highly recommended staying here for your visit. Another Great Stay

This was our 2nd year renting this home and we look forward to many more. The home is in a wonderful location and is kept in great condition. It is a nice, quiet part of North Cape May with wonderful views of the Delaware Bay yet only a short drive to downtown for dining etc. A wonderful home with plenty of space and amenities.

Amazing beach house

Great house, great location. Pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s so much better. Beautiful, open floor plan house. Very large bedrooms. Windows facing the ocean from just about everywhere you are. Highly recommend.

Family getaway

My family and I could not have found a more perfect house and location for our family getaway! The house was immaculate and the perfect location on the bay. The perfect distance from all the various attractions. Quiet neighborhood along the bay with the most amazing sunsets to witness every evening. The beach area was perfect for my daughter, even my mother enjoyed it! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home and create so many wonderful memories!

USCG graduation ceremony

We needed a bigger home to accommodate our family to come up to Cape May, for our sons graduation from USCG boot camp. Not only was the home large/roomy enough it was in the perfect location and the home was absolutely gorgeous! The home was very clean and everything was very easy to access and use. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return sometime for a longer stay. We highly recommend this home for your vacation!

Perfection

A group of ladies for “Girls Week”. We loved everything about this home. It was clean, and directly across from the beach. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and bikes were available for our use. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had more than enough room. Five stars does not seem like enough! We all decided that we will come back to this specific home again in the future.

Just us and our adult children

This short vacation was a chance for us to get away with our 2 adult children, we call ourselves “the core 4”. A chance to reminisce and reconnect, share memories of their childhood days, etc. Mike was very patient with my questions (me being a newbie to the Cape rental scene). The house was so well stocked with necessities and amenities that it did truly feel more like a friend’s home. I especially loved looking at the Hoppe family photos. We all loved being on the bay with it’s calmer waters and beautiful sunsets. We even got to see a parade of dolphins pass by. Thanks Mike and yes all Irishmen are good-looking. JoAnne O

Beautiful views from every room

We spent a very relaxing, socially distanced vacation week at this lovely home and really enjoyed the bay side of Cape May for the first time. The house has water views from every room (except the 1st floor bedroom, which is off the main living room), and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need, all in good shape. There were several bikes available (adult and kid) as well as beach gear. The beach access is right across the street so very convenient. Great people watching from the deck as the cars, cyclists and walkers go by. You can hear the small bay waves from inside the house but the water is calm enough to bring out a floating device of some sort and relax in it (anchored of course). Note that the staircase is tall, and the upstairs hallway/stairs open with railing, so keep that in mind if you have smaller children or those who like to climb. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. Harpoon's bar/restaurant is just a few houses down so very convenient for quick takeout or cocktails without the drive.

Friends Retreat. Breathtaking views.

My two good friends and I (we are all over 40) felt it was time for some self-care. This home was the perfect location to get away from it all. Our husbands, children, and work for just a few days. We purposely chose to avoid unnecessary phone calls and simply relaxed. Mike (Host) kept in contact with me prior to our arrival and throughout the stay. He told me about the local spots to visit. Everywhere he suggested, we actually drove to and were there in under 10 minutes. We took walks on the beach and simply reflected on the things we appreciated in life and the stressful things we would leave behind. It was a wonderful opportunity to simply re-group and relax amongst friends. The views are simply breathtaking. The house is literally just a few steps from the beach. It was chilly (we visited this November 2021) and it rained one evening. Perfect sleeping weather. We have chosen to make this an annual trip for us. We do hope we can come back to this home as it was truly a beautiful sight.
