Overall good stay!

Good stay, very accommodating staff and always friendly! Rooms have amazing views and plenty of activities on-site with a local supermarket within walking distance!

Unbelievably amazing

First of all the property is absolutely beautiful, the staff are exceptional! And annemarie/ryan (owners) went above and beyond for us. No words can express our gratitude, one thousand percent recommend.

We were a family group of 10 adults and a toddler and a baby reuniting for my 70th birthday from all round the world. From start to finish the communication with Stayz and also the owners of De Vos Private Hotel, Anne Marie and Ryan was excellent. The staff on the resort were so friendly and always there to help with anything if we needed it. The resort itself was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room to spread out if we wanted or group together in on of the seating areas or around the pool if it was windy or chilly. The nurses were huge and the studio rooms were small but had nice views of the ocean and really none of us spent much time in our rooms anyway. It was literally steps to the beach. We spent so much time snorkeling off the beach, walking along it (btw De Vos easily had the best position of any of the villas along that strip) Also there were kayaks and stand up paddle boarding also. Which was fun. The staff would help us arrange anything we wanted to do. They organised a kava/ lovo one night on the premises for us and on the last night for my birthday celebration they brought fire dancers and singers to the resort, which was performed on the beach. Fabulous!!! Also they organised a snorkeling day out to another island and a deep sea fishing day and also a jungle walk to the nearest waterfall and another kava ceremony at the local village. All really great. The staff were exceptional and became like family by the end of the week. We really our time in Fiji

The entire team at DeVos The Residence was just simply amazing! They went above and beyond to give us the true Fiji experience. They helped with booking activities and transportation to the places we wanted to visit and explore. The private chef Tony was exquisite!! The food prepared everyday was delicious and one of the highlights of our vacation. Loreena was also simply amazing making sure everything was taken care of and even entertained the kids with activities and games! The Bures were great for the entire family to have our own spaces. The A/C worked great and kept us comfortable. The views were beautiful and seeing the ocean right outside was breathtaking. Overall loved the experience and time we had at this location on the south side of Fiji.

Fiji done right!

From the minute we arrived to when we had to check out, staying at De Vos Private Residence was a treat. As a group booking, we wanted the best of both worlds from a rental and hotel. The benefit of having the whole place to ourselves along with the perks of staying at a resort suited us to a tee. Situated off a private road gave the sense of seclusion but all still within walking distance to a supermarket and a few places to grab something to eat. Julian was very helpful and the staff were all amazing. We opted in for a meal plan during our stay, which was the best decision ever, gave us the opportunity to truly relax into the Fijian holiday vibe. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay along the Coral Coast.
