Canyon Views est une villa de 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain située à quelques pas du 18ème fairway du parcours de golf de Ledges. Son aménagement spacieux comprend une grande cuisine et 2 espaces de vie extérieurs pour le plaisir de tous! Le niveau principal abrite la chambre principale et la fantastique cuisine qui est équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, ce qui facilite les repas pendant les vacances. Sortez vers le patio inférieur qui contient un barbecue et une salle à manger extérieure. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez davantage de terrasses extérieures sur le balcon supérieur où vous trouverez un coin salon avec des chaises longues pour vous détendre. Profitez de l'une des meilleures vues du canyon de neige à tout moment de la journée!

Bien sûr, l'expérience en plein air est le clou du sud de l'Utah, Snow Canyon (à 6 km) et le parc national de Zion (à 49 km) en sont le couronnement. Besoin de quelque chose à faire la nuit? Assistez à une pièce de théâtre au théâtre Tuacahn, à seulement 16 km.

Wonderful house exactly as described in the photo. Only complaint I have is the number of fees (damage waiver, cleaning, etc.)

Every rental unit has to have some sort of insurance policy for damages. This is where the damage waiver comes into play. We also have to clean the home, so the cleaning fee is involved. Lastly, the resort fee, which covers access to the pools, pickle ball courts, and covers security for your stay. This is comparable across the market when renting a vacation rental. Please let us know if we can help with a future reservation.

Perfect!

This was our first time staying in Utah, this place was perfect location and clean for our family since we are worried about Covid. We came into the house and it was nice and clean. Easy check-in and perfect location, we got to catch a nice sunset!

Golfers Paradise

We are a group of friends who met almost 40 years ago stationed at the same Air Force bases throughout the world, and shared the love of golf. Even though we scattered all over the country after military life,we connect once a year to reminisce and play golf. This year we decided on a new location, St. George. The accommodations were amazing and the golf and views extraordinary. Thank you, Ledges for creating more amazing memories for our crazy clan of friends.

Beautiful place.

We loved the place but there is a lot of noise in two of the upstairs bedrooms at night since it’s the end until and close to the highway. The boys enjoyed the heated pool (even if it was 50 degree outside). We were able to get on the bike path easily from the place. Comfortable and clean place. Weather wasn’t good for us so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the patio/outside dining. We didn’t need to communicate with management as check in was very easy per email sent to me.

Great place but...

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great about this place with the exception of a couple issues. First the positives, the loft out the top floor with the fire pit and string lights at night was a great hangout after golf rounds. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well except the fridge ice maker. I only have two complaints. One was the downstairs master bedroom. The pillows smelled like they had not been washed in in awhile and had a bad funky, gym sock smell. We also used the resorts grocery service since we we’re not going to get in until late. We got to the house and there were no groceries. When asked about it, basically they forgot and said “we’re sorry”.
