Superbe 2 chambres entiĂšrement climatisĂ©, unitĂ© donnant sur le lagon au sein du Sebel Twin Waters Resort. Juste une courte promenade de la plage et de la riviĂšre Maroochydore. Utilisation gratuite des installations du complexe, y compris piscine, catamarans de lagon, kayaks, paddle-boards et salle de sport. À proximitĂ© des restaurants, des cafĂ©s, du terrain de golf, des pistes cyclables et des magasins. L'espace

La chambre principale a un lit queen size. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit simple et un lit superposé.
La buanderie est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un lave-linge et d'un sĂšche-linge, d'une planche et d'un fer Ă  repasser et d'un Ă©tendoir pour sĂ©cher les vĂȘtements Ă  l'intĂ©rieur.

What an absolutely beautiful spot, perfect for us and our two kids to enjoy a brief but much needed time away. The hosts communicated really well and left us a lovely container of chocolates, thankyou so much! Fireworks on the lake were a stunning way to bring in the new year, thanks for sharing your special place with us.

Lovely unit close to beach and the Twin Waters resort. Owner has worked hard to make the unit feel comfortable. Very clean and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful weekend in paradise

This unit is above all expectations. Clean, beautifully renovated, warm and welcoming. Across road to flagged beach, wander around the lagoon to the resort and all facilities. Great stay with friends. Check in was amazing. Host was friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to stay again.

Perfect restful location

I recently attended the Iyengar yoga convention at the resort. The property was only a short walk from the convention centre and provided a relaxing, quiet place to rest between sessions. Great facilities and fully equipped kitchen. As an ex North Queensland resident the only things I missed were ceiling fans.

Wonderful comfortable stay!

We had a lovely stay, a beautiful and comfortable space, with great amenities! Steve was so easy going and easy to talk to, check in process super easy! So conveniently close to some great bars, restaurants and the beach. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is that the cleanliness of the unit was a little disappointing, it just wasn't quite up to scratch. We overlooked that and really enjoyed our stay though.

A little gem in Twin Waters

The property is confortable with an amazing surrounding. Waking up to the sound of birds. All the appliances are of high quality. The view is on the lagoon with access to all the ammenities at your finger tips.

It was good but there was a list of things that weren’t.

So obviously a great little unit, nicely redone kitchen. Photos are deceptive of the little back yard into the “beach” area, photos make the water look a lot closer. Sign sticking out of water saying Caution hazardous pipe leaking with the water basically looking like sewerage seeping into it was pretty off putting. There was more than one pile of dog poo sitting on the small patch of green grass and rubbish (old chair, burn through fire pit and rusty bike)that needs to be taken to the dump sitting down the side of the property. There was construction going on across from us so noisy and there was a roofer of some sort checking the roof of our units that parked us in for over an hr whilst I was waiting to get to the shops. Floors, kitchen,carpet and sheets were nice and clean but it was the detail stuff that needs a lot of work. Air fryer and oven needed a good scrub - their was obvious food crumbs sitting in the air fryer and a little bit of mould in the master shower. Obvious Stain on white curtains in lounge room. Look should be advertised as a soild family Bach and I would have probably been more forgiving but was charged a pretty high amount a night for eventually a family and friend holiday unit with a list of things wrong. Pretty underwhelmed - happy 30th bday to me. I’d like a partial refund.

Great little spot.

Great little property, very comfortable and enjoyed the homeliness of the apartment. Blankets, stand up paddle board etc. Apartment was generally clean - But really needs a deep clean, the dust on all the drift wood was thick and spiderwebs. The sun lounges seem to always be left out so weathered and mouldy. And no fans, with no screens on windows apart from bedroom, so no cross breeze or ability to hear the ocean. But in saying all of that we would go back again! Loved our weekend away.

as expected - wonderful

Steve's villa is exactly as it presents and more. The kitchen is great if you have kids/entertaining and the deck bbq is perfect, as are the kangaroos bouncing by as the sun sets. The beach access is barely a 2 min walk and leads to a stunning ocean/beach area. About 700m walk if you want lifeguard flags. Access to the resort facilities is easy and a great bonus, as is being able to use the smaller villa pool and hide away when you want. Great for couple escape and/or just hang with kids/family and 'be'. We will be coming back.

Comfortable apartment, delightful location.

Comfortable apartment in a delightful setting overlooking the lake and close to the beach and resort pool. The kids especially enjoyed the local wildlife (lizard, frogs and birds) visiting the garden.

The property is very comfortable- 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom. Lovely kitchen, dining and lounge. Everything you could need in the kitchen regarding cooking supplies and utensils. Beach towels also provided. The view is stunning from the outside deck - perfect to sit with a glass of wine. The lake is wonderful and so excellent for the kids to use canoes or paddle boards. The beach is also only a short walk away. It’s just a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely return.
