Cuisine des chefs SEPT-NOV avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en pierre ollaire et en granit, plan d'étage ouvert, plafonds voûtés, vue à travers la cheminée, entre salle à manger et salon, télévision à écran plat, lecteur dvd, jeux, livres, etc. ... Plancher en bois, grand balcon couvert avec barbecue et mobilier de patio donnant sur la rivière, la salle de bains principale comprend un lit king-size, un dressing, une télévision et une baignoire à jets et une grande douche à l'italienne, et un balcon privé donnant sur la rivière, lit queen / placard, rez-de-chaussée avec chambre king w / tv et terrasse couverte privée donnant sur la rivière, chambre avec lits superposés avec 2 jeux de lits superposés, placard, tv. La laveuse sécheuse est au niveau supérieur près de la salle de bains principale., La maison est entièrement équipée avec tous les pots / casseroles, la vaisselle, les plats de service, les ustensiles, les verres, les verres à vin, les tasses à café, la cafetière Kureig et une cafetière ordinaire, un gaufrier , mixeur, grille-pain, etc ... Cette maison de ville dispose d'un ascenseur privé si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser les escaliers, un garage pour 2 voitures, une cour latérale pour les enfants, un kayak et 3 vélos pour les clients. J'ai 4 autres propriétés disponibles en bas de la ville le long de la rivière si vous avez plusieurs familles ou un grand groupe, nous pouvons les accueillir.

Loved it!

Stayed 4 nights and skied at Wolf Creek. The townhouse was perfect for our group and communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling to Pagosa Springs.

Thanksgiving trip

Our family loved the property! It was a perfect location for our family to relax after long days of skiing! We spent lots of time around the table playing cards and games that were provided. We really enjoyed this place. Lots of good memories made!

Yes this Luxury 4 bedroom Rivers Edge town home is in the perfect location over looking the river for fishing, rafting, kayaking or just playing, the bridge to the park and just 1 block to the World Class HOT SPRINGS, another block to down town shopping, galleries, dining, coffee shops, sports fields, schools,skate park, concerts, parades,hiking, biking etc.. and just 3 miles is the uptown Pagosa Lakes area with Daily hot air ballooning, atving, more fishing in the lakes, horseback riding, hiking, biking, jeeping, site seeing, etc.. come stay with us again, i do have 20 properties they will sleep from 2 to 17 guests, remember i always offer a repeat guest discount. looking forward to hosting you again Deborah

Very Nice Place!

Conveniently located in the heart of Pagosa Springs. Within walking distance of the hot springs, restaurants and schools for sporting events. I would highly recommend! Plenty of room to spread out. We had 10 people staying with us and never felt cramped. I would stay here again.
