Nouvellement meublé, plan d'étage ouvert frais avec une cuisine d'artistes. Cette maison entiÚrement équipée avec 3 chambres de taille queen sont toutes aménagées avec goût avec des accents contemporains. Grand téléviseur à écran plat dans la grande salle et maßtre. Master a une luxueuse salle de bain principale avec double vasque, baignoire et douche de jardin séparées. La cour est un paradis avec piscine (non chauffée), terrasse couverte et barbecue pour profiter du ciel de cuivre de Maricopa. Des locations à court ou à long terme sont disponibles avec cette maison. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Interdiction de fumer.

Great place to stay!

We had fun in the pool as well as having the garage all to ourselves. Will be staying again when we’re back in Maricopa!

Excellent property

Very close to our aunt and uncle. Came out o celebrate my uncle's 75th birthday and this property was close to all the events. Nice size, with pool and three bedrooms and 2 baths. I would definetely stay there again!

Wonderful property and convenient

Everything was very seamless. The property was very well equipped with everything you would need. The location is close to everything in Maricopa. Very nice community pool and this house has a great outdoor barbecue area. Loved our stay.

Casa Grande get away

We had a great weekend away. The house was very nice. There could have been some extra attention to cleaning as there was some leftover pieces of fries on the kitchen table under the bowl and the pool was full of debris that we actually cleaned out and emptied the filters but overall it was very homey and comfortable. Thank you for a nice home to make ours for the weekend.

STAY HERE!

Clean, spacious home with a great covered porch. Has everything you need for your stay. Close to everything I need to do! Soaker tub with enough hot water to fill it up! First Garage I have seen available to renter's use in forever! Usually turned into storage for owners.

Very nice stay

Home was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the coffee pods and creamers! Kitchen well equipped with what we needed. Bed and sheets very comfortable. Could use a few lightbulb changes and main shower takes very long time to get hot water but works great once it gets going.

We loved the pool

There was a lot of pet hair on the couch pillows. The outside door mats. The shower didn't drain very well while showering we had to stand in the dirty water. There was no broom and dust pan to sweep so we bought some. Overall the stay was great and the location was awesome. Thanks.

Cozy retreat

The host was very attentive through the entire process and even reached out to check on us a few days in. The house was clean throughout and had ample bedding and pillows. There was plenty of space for my coworker and I to both work and relax. The kitchen had everyrhing needed to prepare all meals as well as a grill with propane. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet, access to town was quick. I would return here if needed for work in the future. No major issues during our stay!

The neighborhood was very quiet. Everything we needed was a short drive away. The pool was very cold until the last week we were there. We had to clean the pool once ourselves. The furniture could be updated to include maybe a recliner. The grill was in pretty poor shape. One night it wouldn’t stay lit. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Noisy

On a very active street which is very noisy. The doors squeak. The pots and pans were dirty. The house itself is noisy and echoey. They have a pool but it is not heated so it’s worthless. We had to stay there for a month because our house was remodeled. I would not stay there again.

Arrival issues

Arrived shortly after 5pm, Door code did not work, garage door code did not work. Mad a call and finally was able to get in. (Had to change code for me). Went to bed that night only to find that the bed was broken. TV wouldn’t work, called Friday morning and they said someone would be by. Person arrived around 1or 2pm. Fixed bed, thought he fixed tv remote. Garage door remote didn’t work. That evening tv remote quit again and tv would not respond to off on. It was on all night and when we left it was still on. Dog poop in yard. I picked some of it up. Sat night the light and fan over the dinning room table quit working. Trash had not been emptied and boxes were accumulated in that area. Garage light didn’t work properly as it was dark entering the garage from the house.
