Parfaitement équipé 65 m² (pour 2 - max 4 personnes): chambre / lit double, séjour avec grand canapé (gigogne) et bureau, cuisine avec bar et table à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, machine à café Illy, vaisselle, etc, antichambre, agréable salle de bain lumineuse avec baignoire / douche (sèche-cheveux), WC séparé; beaux parquets;
Internet haut débit WiFi gratuit, TV satellite, divertissement à domicile avec CD / DVD, y compris la sélection.
5 Ascenseur, chauffage central, u calme. position ensoleillée ouest-est. Non fumeur!
Après être entré dans l'appartement, vous entrez dans la chambre (20 m²) du vestibule par une large porte coulissante sur la gauche, directement du vestibule dans la cuisine spacieuse avec bar. De là, une grande porte coulissante mène au salon (25 m²). Salon u. Chambre reliée par une porte communicante. De l'antichambre 2 portes vont à droite dans les toilettes séparées et dans la belle salle de bain lumineuse avec sèche-serviettes.

The stay was wonderful. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Location was great. Literally steps from the Nashmarket which is wonderful. We were here for a family wedding and would definitely come back to visit and stay here.

The apartment is located in a perfect spot. Its not too far to walk to the city center, get the train to anywhere, and the Naschmarkt is right there! The owners are friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very accommodating! If we are ever in Vienna again, I would certainly come back!

Beautiful place, ideal location, and very comfortable. Highly recommend it and we hope to return someday. Birgit was attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We loved seeing Vienna from the comfort of this flat. To be able to easily walk from the flat to Naschmarkt (Neni is a great restaurant!), the Opera, and Musikverein was so special.

This apartment is perfect. It is clean, comfortable and well organized. The bed is so comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the amenities are all high quality. Beautiful and spacious in a great location

We LOVED our stay at this place. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and well stocked with everything imaginable. The location was also ideal - walking distance to the heart of Vienna with wonderful restaurants nearby. It was also very quiet in the evenings. We really enjoyed staying here and will come back again.

Great Place in Vienna

Feel at home in Vienna

We were thrilled with our rental in Vienna. Great apartment, very spacious and the location really cannot be any better. Host was very responsive and the apartment very clean/tidy. Would definitely stay here again - and in fact hope to again some day. Vienna is a wonderful city.

Overall the trip and apartment were great. The place is nice and clean and location is great for visitors. Birgit was excellent in communicating with me prior to arrival and she met us at apartment for early check in. I would highly recommend this site for friends or anyone interested in a nice Vienna visit.
