Détendez-vous dans la chambre principale avec un bain extérieur encastré et une vue sur l'océan bleu. Caractéristiques: 1 lit king, 1 lit queen, 2 lits simples, 1 lit queen, 4 salles de bain (bain à remous extérieur pour 2 personnes), 2 douches extérieures, 2 téléviseurs, une orientation nord-est et des vitres à contrôle solaire garantissent une température agréable garde la maison au chaud pendant la saison des baleines. DVD, lave-vaisselle, four Bosch et micro-ondes encastré, toutes les chambres sont blindées, ventilateurs de plafond, lave-linge et sèche-linge à chargement frontal, barbecue au gaz sur le pont, portail fermé et fermé menant au garage et parfait pour les membres de votre famille à quatre pattes.

We returned here because of the premium location and views. Whales and dolphin sitings for days. The property requires some maintenance (main toilet ran the entire stay) and the dining table and outdoor furniture has changed since the photo was taken. Positive side, electric bbq is a great addition.

Hi Matt, Thank you for the time on the phone to discuss your holiday and review at Oceanside. As discussed I was very disappointed that your issues were not raised with me during your stay, especially as this was not your first stay at Oceanside. I was happy to establish with you that the home wasn't so much 'dirty' but in need of a freshen up. We have the house scheduled for a full internal paint in July 2023 and we will also be reviewing inventory items for the property during this time. As mentioned on the phone I very much look forward to seeing you at Oceanside again. Richard

Reviewer Comments: Grubby,Dirty,didn’t want to use the cutlery as the cutlery drawers were discusting..we actually put everything through the dishwasher,washing machine and dryer should be thrown in the bin,the flooring and outdoor patio have never seen a mop..the list goes on..windows etc

Disappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay, but unfortunately our last. The property is in need of maintenance. On check in we found broken latch on a bedroom and 2 sliding screen doors off their tracksand the floors were filthy. Not sure whether someone planned to mop them as the mop and broom were left out in the lounge room. Cobwebs everywhere and the balcony railings not clean which impacted the view. 1 bed broke on the first night and this was left in the room for the entire stay despite promises to move. My family needed to sleep on the floor which was extremely uncomfortable. One of the single beds was so badly bowed that it was also unusable, it looks like it will break next. The property next door is being renovated so week days were interrupted by jack hammering, bob cats and hammer drills. Not the peaceful, relaxing time we hoped for. The estate agents I spoke to were apologetic however did nothing to rectify the issues during our stay or contact afterwards despite promises.

Stunning location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is incredible and overall the house is very well appointed. Location is great although you will need a car to get around unless you like long walks. Keep an eye out for the friendly kookaburra, but watch he doesn’t try to steal your food right off the kitchen bench! The 4th bedroom is separate to the house (above the garage) which is great for privacy but might not be ideal with small children.Cleanliness was adequate. It is clear that the cleaners do all the ‘basic’ cleaning jobs very well - the kitchen and bathrooms are clean, the furniture is neat and there’s plenty of options for seating. There are some areas that clearly get missed in the general clean - wardrobe mirrors with handprints, sanding dust from past renovations on tops of bathroom fittings, cobwebs and dust behind the stairwell glass balustrade. These aren’t things that affect your day-to-day use of the house, but a good ‘spring clean’ into all those nooks and crannies would elevate the house and your stay.

Holiday in Paradise

Just being able to drive into the garage and walk across the bridge into the house was excellent on lugging heavy luggage upstairs.

The cleanliness was pretty appalling - There was hand soap in only one bathroom and no shower soap or necessities like dish washing powder or kitchen cloths. There was previous guests hair in 2/4 bathrooms and grot from previous guests throughout the kitchen area, eg floors and fridge/pull out cupboard. For $750 plus a night you do expect cleanliness of these areas. The location and views were BEAUTIFUL! Really outstanding position which we did all love.
