Great game room, family room and pool

My family and I enjoyed the home. It was well equipped with all a lot of kitchen items needed. The game room was great and movie theater was great. The pool was amazing.

Great Stay

We had 8 guys for a 5 day golf trip. Everything was fantastic! The beds, pool, hot tub, and outdoor area were are 10/10. The only thing, which is not a bad thing just something to be aware of… there wasn’t cleaning supplies, laundry stuff, paper towels. This is more for information that a criticism. Stores are very close! We would 100% stay here again!

Great Property

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We did have multiple issues with the pool and unfortunately were not able to use it at times during our stay, but Jeeves certainly were great to deal with and worked hard to get things fixed up as soon as they could.

Something for everyone!

This house has something for everyone, the garage pool table and dart area was so much fun, the projection screening area and surround sound was amazing, the pool with the shelf area was the best. Definitely recommend to families with kids of all ages.

Fantastic Vacation Home

This home provides everything you need for a fantastic vacation getaway. Can’t think of anything this home DOESN’T have. Plenty of space. Game room with pool table, darts, foosball and air hockey. Arcade games and a beautiful pool. Top of the line home theater. Great outdoor area with covered back porch. Definitely would recommend for family vacation.

Couldn't use pool, management unresponsive

We didn't have code to enter property. Called management and was resolved quickly. We were suppose to have the pool heated. It was not. We called on day 2. They said they would ne out to turn it on. Not sure if they ever came but we could smell gas when sitting out back. Called immediately. Didn't come back until day 3. They told us the igniter wasn't working and they would send a repairman. We were there 6 days and it never got fixed. They never called us to give updates...we had to continually call them. That is the last thing you want to do on vacation. It was extremely disappointing since we had 7 kids and we purposely rented a house with a pool but were unable to use it because it was too cold. Went we called we got disconnected 75% of the time. So it was call and recall until we could get through. This management company is unorganized and does not strive for customer service. House rentals in that area are a dime a dozen... go with another company!

We apologize that you experienced this issue with the pool heating during your stay with Jeeves. Family time in the home is extremely important and the pool provides a way for kids to enjoy themselves and parents to relax. Unfortunately, upon turning on the pool heater there was an issue with its operation and it did not work as intended. The gas heater required a certified professional contractor to repair and also required parts to be ordered. Again we apologize for not keeping your family updated during this process of repair while you were in the property. We Issued a full and complete refund of the pool heat due to the inconvenience. At Jeeves, we are committed to creating a fun and memorable vacation experience and would love for you to come back and stay with us!
