Situé au cœur de Shoal Bay et en face de Shoal Bay Beach, ce magnifique appartement de deux chambres et de deux salles de bains est aménagé avec goût. Avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau et un décor de plage élégant, vous vous détendez instantanément pendant vos vacances.

L'accès à l'ascenseur depuis le garage commun sécurisé vous conduit directement à l'unité située au deuxième niveau. Le salon décloisonné comprend une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec un bar pour le petit-déjeuner, un salon confortable, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Il y a une unité de climatisation dans cette pièce. Le balcon à ce niveau est entièrement couvert et dispose d'un cadre extérieur pour profiter de vos repas cuisinés à la maison.

La terrasse privée sur le toit est le lieu de divertissement ultime. Avec un barbecue à gaz intégré, un grand ensemble pour les repas en plein air, un mini-réfrigérateur et un spa extérieur. Cette zone est complétée par un magnifique solarium sur la terrasse surélevée avec une vue imprenable sur l’eau à travers les promontoires. (Un escalier intérieur pour accéder)

Chambre à coucher principale: équipée d'un lit queen size, d'un peignoir intégré, de la climatisation, d'un ventilateur de plafond, d'une télévision à écran plat murale, d'un accès au balcon et d'une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne. Linge fourni!

Deuxième chambre: Deux lits x king simples, une robe intégrée, un ventilateur de plafond et un accès au balcon principal. Linge fourni!

La salle de bain principale a un sol en galets, une douche à l’italienne, des toilettes et une coiffeuse. L'unité propose également une buanderie interne avec une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. Deux places de parking sont à votre disposition dans le garage sécurisé.

La rue principale de Shoal Bay propose un service de location de vélos, des magasins de proximité et de nombreux cafés et restaurants.

Fun family apartment

The apartment was a great base for a few days in Port Stephens. Very handy to the beach and amenities at Nelson Bay, without being overly busy. We enjoyed the spa a lot, although were disappointed that it wasn't hot enough the first night (takes about 24 hours to heat up). We also had an issue with the lift access not working, but the travel agency staff were very helpful.

Easy access, great location

Overall we had a great stay there. It was comfortable, had easy access and was close to everything. The only thing I would suggest would be that it needs extra blankets, as the weather was very cold when we arrived, and one light cover on the beds was not enough. There were no tea towels or dishcloths provided - an oversight I believe. Other than that the place was well appointed, the rooftop spa was fun and warm. Great place to stay!

Great location and outdoor space

Apartment was in a great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Both balconies were fabulous with comfy furniture, spacious areas and a great hot tub spa. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals. What we didn't like was the floor in the bathrooms, river pebbles set in concrete - very uncomfortable to walk on and difficult to clean indicated by the state of the floor mat after one use. There was also a lack of soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, and very minimal cleaning items in the kitchen (no cloth for wiping benches). Little things that could be improved and make this apartment amazing.

Spacious apartment with a magic view. Cant beat the location.My only suggestion would be to have the spa on wooden base. The tiles get very slippery and become a trip hazard. Bring extra towels for the floor if u have kids. (Oh and 2 sets of keys pls) Overall we loved it and would book again.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location. Stroll to beach, bars and shops. Shoal Bay is beautiful. The apartment’s rooftop with spa is amazing! Perfect for our girls weekend away. Our only issue was there was no hand soap in the bathroom or toiletries of any kind, and no dishcloth or tea towels in the kitchen. But other than that the place is fantastic, would highly recommend.

Shoal bay is a great location

On the positive, great location, nice apartment with massive balcony areas. Things not so good. We booked this apartment because of the spa and we thought it had a view of the bay. The Spa was not working and the balcony is on the rear of the building. There is a loading zone for all the restaurants and shops below the balcony. It is very noisy particularly early in the morning.

The best holiday apartment!

We had a truly wonderful stay, the entire apartment is amazing, relaxing, modern, very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the extra detail and especially loved the two spacious outdoor entertaining areas. We loved our stay and hope to revisit again one day!

Photos don’t do the apartment justice. Two MASSIVE balconies!! Awesome location, just a short stroll to the country club And the beach is directly across the road. Highly recommend!

Great spot, very spacious and just as pictured, perfect for 2 couples with some great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, view from upstairs deck was lovely and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend.
