Profitez des dîners, des couchers de soleil et des étoiles depuis le quai privé situé à 200 mètres de Mobile Bay. Explorez la baie avec nos kayaks, détendez-vous dans le hamac ou pêchez avec nos bâtons après une visite au magasin Bait.
La maison a une terrasse face à la baie si vous voulez rester près de la cuisine pour des collations et des boissons. La route de comté 1 offre des promenades tranquilles le matin et le réveil de la faune et de la flore des marais offre une incroyable expérience visuelle et sonore.
Le centre-ville pittoresque de Fairhope est à 11 miles au nord, pratique mais suffisamment éloigné pour empêcher les lumières de la ville de se noyer dans le magnifique ciel nocturne. Les plages de Gulf Shores sont à 45 minutes de route au sud, ou dirigez-vous vers le nord pour les lumières de la ville de Mobile, à peu près à la même distance.

The house on Mobile Bay was absolutely everything it was presented to be online! A cute, cozy, clean and perfectly located house for a vacation in the Fairhope area, or just enjoying a quiet getaway on the beautiful Waters of Mobile Bay.

I would definitely stay again at this property. The waterfront views are beautiful and the property was comfortably spacious. The house is conveniently located not far from Fairhope, The Grand Hotel, and grocery stores and restaurants. We stayed on a cold weekend so we didn’t go to the Gulf beach, but I’m thinking it’s not far.

This was a very relaxing and quiet getaway. Home was convenient to run to Fort Morgan, Daphne, Gulf Shores and Mobile. Scenery from every window and wildlife to entertain just gazing over the water. Beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Comfy beds and furniture. Douglas was very accommodating before and throughout our visit.

My sister and I try to visit Fairhope each year. This year we found this home and we loved it. It is such a comfortable home and we loved the enclosed portion of the deck. It enabled us to sit inside when it was a little warm outside. We also enjoyed the pier and the shade you get on it. Also the chairs on the deck and the pier are actually quite comfortable. It is also nice that they allow pets. We spent most all of our time outside looking at the bay and enjoying the birds that fly overhead during the morning and evening. Again a great home to visit.

This unit could stand some love. The outside needs a good washing, and the porches need some paint. The inside is missing several sets of blinds, the primary bedroom and the sunroom/sitting area is the other place missing shades. The primary bedroom has some small curtains huge to feel the void, while they most likely kept people from seeing in, they didn’t fully cover the window. The sunroom/sitting room’ could use some cosmetic love, hole in the glass storm door and ceiling. The inside of the unit was clean and well stocked with towels and supplies.

So enjoyed our stay. Great location. So peaceful and quite and close to downtown Fairhope. Loved the water view in the mornings and sitting on the dock in the evenings. Had everything we could need. Would stay there again for sure.

I was born and raised at sea level on the Delaware Bay, my dad steamed blue crabs we caught in the Little River outside Little Creek. Found my way to Colorado with my career and experienced adventures up to 14,000 feet above sea level. I have now made my way back to an adventure that includes blue crabs and salt water without the snow!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

With the metro area of Mobile, AL and the city attractions it provides 30 miles away to the North and the Gulf Coast beaches 28 miles to the South we are located on the Bay with herons, gulls cormorants, pelicans, mocking birds and a dark night sky that reveals glories every night. The sunsets off the dock rival any I've seen in my travels and there is the lapping of the bay on the bulkhead at night to rock you into slumber.
