Bienvenue à notre Kauai Accueil !! Notre maison a été entiÚrement rénové avec une cuisine tout nouveau complÚte avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit. Nouvelle tuile a été installé thru-out entrée, cuisine, salle à manger et salon tapissé & Chambres. La maison est tout nouvellement peints à l'intérieur. Nouvel oreiller haut-lits, literie, serviettes et new window draperies ont simplement été ajoutés avec de belles nouvelles douches dans chaque salle de bains, ainsi que de nouveaux meubles + un nouveau barbecue électrique. Il est propre, il est beau, nous avons WiFi gratuit, un nouveau 42 'TV haute définition avec toutes les commodités de la maison et nous savons que vous apprécierez! Et, nos tarifs sont trÚs réduits que l'unité est une propriété privée.

Notre maison est située au Puamana Condominiums à Princeville et se trouve dans un paisible jardin luxuriant offrant une combinaison parfaite de la beauté naturelle! Facilité dans Paradise avec les chansons du matin d'oiseaux amicales dans la cime des arbres tout en dégustant un petit déjeuner sur votre véranda. Vous pouvez choisir de profiter de la piscine ou de prendre la courte promenade à travers le «Tunnel of Trees» utilisées par les Kings & Queens de la vieille d'Hawaï à la fin isolée de Anini Beach et de la zone de plongée.

We had a nice time at the condo. We really appreciated having all the snorkel equipment and beach things available for use. Kitchen was very well stocked and it made cooking much easier. Thanks for a nice weekend.

This was the best VRBO stay we have ever had. The house was so thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of cooking supplies, soft towels, toilet paper, becah chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. We had 6 people and we fit very comfortably. The house is in a nice area close to a grocey store and only about 3.5 miles to Hanalei Bay. We would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed was provided, including soap in the bathrooms, kitchen utensils, and linens. The grocery store is close by. Check-in and check-out was SO easy. The patio space felt like a cozy little oasis with nature. Ten minutes from Hanalei, with shops and restaurants, and other GREAT beaches not much further away. We walked the 5-minute walk to Wyllie Beach several times. It was a perfect place to stay! Thank you so much!

The condo is charming and quite complex. Each room is spacious and mattress are extremely comfortable. Full size kitchen with basic supplies - they even have a small fridge for drinks. I did not look for air conditioning until we arrive - not many have them unless you stay at a hotel. The owner supplied a portable air conditioner in master bedroom, only fans in other rooms - my kids were not able to sleep well. They supplied a lot of items that people left there - 2 chairs but becoming rusty (still works), boogie boards but should probably get thrown away - they are beginning to tear apart. A large tote of snorkel flippers, and noodles. The location is perfect but far from the south area - shopping is close by. Cons: ants (we understand that it's the jungle so expect bugs - not wear I eat and sleep) ants on side tables, bed, kitchen trash area and counter tops...the air conditioning (I know people take advantage of leaving it on but some visitors don't do well without air or can't tolerate the humidity, the out door furniture needs a thorough cleaning or seat without cushions (sand is in crevices) after a shower I don't wish to sit in sand, it would be nice if the condo complex had a hose to clean off beach items, lastly - the pool is small but was perfect for what we needed it for. The owners are welcoming and signs written out for way finding (this was great!!) I left my Kauai book there to help others with beach and hike locations. They also had a washer/drier FULL size!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Princeville. It was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a full week. The location was perfect, close to all the beauty of the North Shore, and the host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. The unit was well-stocked and thoughtfully set up, which made it feel like home right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely come back again!

Logement dans un Ă©crin de verdure

Logement trÚs agréable, trÚs pratique, dans un écrin de verdure et de fleurs magnifiques. Belles chambres avec de trÚs bons lits, belles salles de bain, cuisine grande et super bien équipée. Piscine agréable dans le domaine. Check-in trÚs simple, tout est expliqué et des informations sont laissées dans le logement. Des commerces se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture. Il y a un accÚs à la plage trÚs pentu, descente aisée mais remontée un peu plus compliquée. Endroit magnifique, au calme. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique !

Amazing Experience

We had a wonderful stay in Princeville. The condo was just as described. We enjoyed using the beach supplies and snorkel gear. We will hopefully return some day in the future!

Had an amazing stay

We loved our stay at this condo. They had absolutely everything we needed. It was close to anini beach which was really nice. There is no AC but there is a very nice breeze that comes through in the evening and there are fans provided in every room. It was just the two of us but it was so nice to have our own rooms and so much space. If felt like we were coming back to a home everyday after going around the island. We would love to come back at some point as well.

Perfect location

This property was a perfect stay for our family of 4! Honestly we had more room than we needed! Clean, well-stocked, all the beach items, quiet, and easy driving to all the north shore things we wanted to do. I will say that if you’re looking for a place solely based on walkable beach access, I would recommend somewhere different. The access to Anini beach from the property was very steep, slippery and smelled a lot like sewage and the beach itself housed a lot of people living in tents in the trees. We personally had an experience down there that made us uncomfortable. Thankfully, the main access to Anini is a short, pretty drive and we snorkeled with so many fish and a sea turtle! Hanalei beach is also really close. We absolutely loved our stay here!!

Vacation paradise

We had an amazing week! The condo was the perfect spot to stay. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. Kitchen is well stocked. We really enjoyed having the snorkeling, boogie board, chairs and umbrella for the beach! There is the perfect spot watch sunrise and sunset near the golf course. Definitely recommend!

Return to Kauai

Returning to the Garden Isle after some 30 years we wanted a comfortable, convenient condo in Princeville for part of our visit. Princeville is close to Hanalei, and on a section of the highway that’s not clogged with traffic.

Great Little Slice of Heaven

We really enjoyed staying here. The space was perfect for our little group and then kitchen gad everything we could need to cook our dinners which saved us money on eating out. We didnt need some of the amenities, like the pool, but it was still nice to have the option! Really enioyed staying here.

Paradise!

This place was so amazing! We could not wait to experience this condo in person as it looked so beautiful from the photos. It was even better than we expected when we finally arrived. The high ceiling when you walk in, the spacious patio with nice furniture and an electric BBQ, all the modern furniture and appliances and very spacious rooms all throughout the condo. We liked the Hawaiian themed decorations in the property. Very well stocked with everything you would need. We did not want to leave such a great place. Mary was a great host as she was very accommodating to all our requests and answered all our questions very promptly. The condo manager was also very nice and welcoming. You cannot go wrong in booking this property. Mahalo!
