Thanks for the review Jenny and I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied with your stay. Unfortunately, I couldn't do anything about the neighbors if you didn’t tell me about it. If you had, I would’ve called the owner and asked them to ask their guests to quiet down. I’m still in the dark about the refrigerator. Nobody before you or after you has ever said anything about it making noise and it never makes any noise while I’m there cleaning so I’m not sure exactly what you were hearing. Parking is another issue, but like you said, it’s not too far and you can always pull up in front of the studio to unload or load. The bed is a queen. All of these things are addressed in the room description; close neighbors, parking, queen size bed. It’s advertised “hotel style“. Most hotel rooms don’t have dishes because there’s nowhere to wash them. That’s why I have paper or plastic plates, bowls, cups cutlery. I’m sorry you didn’t notice these details before you booked. Better luck next time.

And it would NOT have happened if you had followed the rules and not parked in someone’s reserved spot. I specifically pointed out that reserved spots were for residents and you parked in one in spite of it. That has never happened to anyone else in seven years so it doesn’t really warrant being posted on the review board. So to any future potential guests; don’t worry about anything like that happening. It was an isolated incident.
