Le Comfort Suites moderne, comme son nom l'indique, propose des designs et une vie innovants. L'appartement est spacieux et se compose de deux chambres doubles avec salles de bains privatives. Notre plan est de concept ouvert et plait à tous ceux qui entrent par la porte d'entrée. Nous proposons également une connexion Wi-Fi, deux téléviseurs intelligents avec Netflix et câble, des salles climatisées, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable et de superbes vues. Totally disappointed

1ST WRONG; Gateman had no clue about our reservation 2ND WRONG: Elevator was out of order ( HURT MY BACK DRAGGING 5 VERY HEAVY BAGS UP AND DOWN 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS) 3RD WRONG; ROACH in the kitchen. 4TH WRONG; ANTS infestation EVERYWHERE. 5TH WRONG; the POOL was the selling point of the Air B&B BUT THE POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER, GREEN DIRTY ALGE WATER. DISAPPOINTED! DISGUSTING! ANGRY! ROBBED! REQUESTING A TOTAL REFUND OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

On the rare occasion that a guest is not satisfied it is the norm to communicate this with the host immediately upon arrival. I would have been more than willing to relocate to another property or give a full refund. In this case I never heard from Howard and 7 weeks after the stay Vrbo can decide how to handle this one. The elevator will be renewed in December and the pool is good and functional. The apartment is deep cleaned after each guest and cleanliness is our top priority.

Home Away From Home

The property is located in a well scenic, well kept neighborhood. It worked excellently for me as it was in close proximity to the ammenities and sites I needed to get to. I felt safe and worry free. My biggest issue is the non working elevator so hauling suitcases up and down the stairs was no fun. The other pet peeve I had was I felt the bedding, though in a tropical country; could have been better dressed. The sheets on the beds were not ironed so a quilt to dress the bed would have provided better aesthetic. I craved a blanket at night as a personal preference so making blankets available as an option could be a consideration. Overall, great spot - great location - good experience!

Convenient and Cozy Stay in Kingston

This property exceeds its billing. It is safe quiet, and conveniently located. The unit is situated in a very serene area with incredible views of the mountains. communication with the host was exceptional. The unit is well appointed with everything one could need and the host was gracious enough to provide anything that you may have missed. I cant wait to stay there again.
