Dear Ian, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear some areas of the cabin weren’t up to standard in terms of cleanliness—we’ve passed this on to our cleaning team for review. Regarding check-in, we do aim for 2 PM whenever possible, but with over 100 properties to manage, our standard check-in time of 3 PM allows our team to properly prepare each home for incoming guests. Apologies you have found our communication poor, I am unsure as to why we were difficult to contact? We have double checked our email correspondence and do not have a record of an email received at all from you? We did send you a confirmation email that states all of our contact details and that we are available 7 days a week and after hours for our guests, if you did need any information or assistance. It is also our protocol to send guests the access code around 15 minutes prior to check in. This information is included in the important information that we send to each guest upon placing your booking and we do inform guests to please read this information, as it may impact your stay if you are not aware of a few things in relation to your reservation. We do only ask one small thing from our guests, to please do your dishes upon your departure. This is customary in self contained accommodation venues, we take care of everything else. We have a very thorough cleaning schedule for each of our properties and our team is committed to maintaining an impeccable standard, as is witnessed by the previous cleanliness ratings, we put a lot of time and energy into preparing our properties so guests can have a wonderful experience.
