Loved our stay here. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the location. It's close to the beach and Belmont Park. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was so close to beach and most beautiful place to spend time with family. Rooftop deck was amazing loved the bbq up there.

San Diego Christmas Vacation

We really enjoyed the properly and it was the perfect place to host our small family Christmas Celebration. The owner was very responsive and I would gladly stay here again!

Great location and host

Place was nice and a good layout for our group. Location was quiet but still a short walk to Belmont park and the busier areas of mission beach which we liked. The host was super responsive and welcoming to our group. We enjoyed a day out on a pontoon boat that he rented for us

As advertised, excellent location! The only recommendation is the kitchen could use some upgraded equipment. Loved our stay!

We loved our time at the house. The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time on the beach. The owner was so personable and always available to help with our questions. We will definitely use Vrbo again.

Great property & location

We loved our stay the house was nice but the views on the decks were amazing. You can see everything from the huge rooftop deck! One house off the beach it’s so easy and nice in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family and would consider booking there again

Great location and rental for family vacation

This is our second time staying here. Accommodation is perfect for us. Grandparents, parents and 3 boys ages 6, 9, and 11. Lots of room to spread out, 1 block off Mission Beach and short distance to everything. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Dream Home Beach House! There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The living room couch was so comfortable and roomy! The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to the many attractions that San Diego has to offer!

Beautiful vacation spot!

This VRBO was by far the best one I have stayed at. Had all of the beach items we could have wanted. Fantastic layout, beautiful upper deck and amazing location. Side note: this is a flight zone, so is very noisy every morning!

Hi Jessica, thank you so much for staying and the kind words. Yes, it’s unfortunate that the best beach in San Diego has an airport seven miles away—everywhere near downtown San Diego will hear jets because the airport is near the city center. The locals are trying to have the airline industry change the flight paths of the planes, but it’s an uphill battle. Wish us luck!

Perfect Location

We love this condo. It’s perfect for two families. The kids really enjoyed the bikes. The location is awesome. Jon is a great host. He responds quickly to messages.

Very nice and comfortable beach stay.

Very nice clean beach home close to the boardwalk. Enjoyed watching beach volleyball from the SW deck. Was great for a family of 6 adults. Wished we could stay longer. Thank you to the owner for the use of his home. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location to the beach is awesome! The house is plenty big with lots of room. Great wifi. Tons of beach towels. Walking distance to tons of food and shops. We would definitely come back!

Great Spot for SD Getaway

Property was advertised and Jon was a great host (contact him about Mission Bay boat tours!!). Dedicated parking spot was a great thing to have, especially on the weekend. The rooftop deck was a great place to wind down after a busy day.

Great place and location in Mission Beach!

My wife, parents, and adult brother and I had a great stay! We enjoyed having space in the open kitchen/living room to spend time together as a family, and enough bedrooms for privacy. The rooftop access was great for watching the sunrise while sipping on a coffee. It was an easy 0.7 mile walk down the boardwalk to Belmont Park and restaurants. Having a dedicated park space was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.
