Summary:

Just steps to the sand! Take our boogie boards and beach equipment out for the day and come home to relax in this cozy 1-bedroom or go out to the nearby restaurants in Pacific Beach. This unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 4 in two beds. It has a separate dining area and a full kitchen, so you always have the option of dining in or experiencing the vast array of PB restaurants and bars.



The Space:

This is a second floor unit. Enter into an open L living room with a dining nook off the updated kitchen. Updated plank flooring and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms which is ideal for the beach. Smart TV to meet all your needs. Kitchen is fully appointed (gas stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all the things to use them). Updated step in shower with lots of natural light in the bathroom. Sleeper in the living room converts into an over-sized full bed. Luxurious queen in the bedroom....wake up to the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean literally 100 steps from your door!



Guest Access:

The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet 6-plex. Check-in is contactless. You will be given a door code 3 days prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Within walking distance of all Mission Beach has to offer, this charming unit is both centrally and conveniently located, yet offers the quiet comfort most look for in a vacation getaway. Best part of this location in north Mission is that you are a quick jaunt to all the nightlife, cafes and restaurants of Pacific Beach but you get to come home to the quiet of north Mission Beach.



Getting Around:

We provide a single covered parking space. It is accessed off the alley and as such can be a tight fit (as with about 90% of the parking spaces at the beach). We recommend a small- to mid-sized car to make it easier to park. We also recommend backing into the spot as that makes it easier to get in and pull out. There is free street parking available, but due to the high volume of beach-goers, don't count on parking nearby. Also be sure to read parking signs!

Other Things to Note:

This is "typical" beach parking so we do not recommend large cars. The spots will not accommodate anything more than a mid-size car or SUV.



For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.



We only offer the air conditioning between May and September

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
