Nous avons un beau condo de 1700pc 3chambres 2 salles de bain pour la location de vacances. Il est au 2Ăšme Ă©tage et cet immeuble dispose d'un ascenseur.


Nous l'avons Ă  un prix comparable Ă  beaucoup de 2 chambres mais c'est en fait un 3 BR. C'EST UNE SUPER OFFRE!
Il a une belle grande cuisine et un salon. Il y a une piscine semi-privĂ©e Ă  quelques pas de votre balcon. C'EST LE PLUS RECHERCHÉ APRÈS CONDO À MYRTLEWOODS. Il a ce qui Ă©quivaut Ă  votre propre "arriĂšre-cour". La piscine est juste devant le balcon. Les parents peuvent s'asseoir sur le balcon et surveiller les enfants Ă  la piscine. Si vous sĂ©journez dans d'autres condos, vous devez marcher une bonne distance jusqu'Ă  une piscine. Le condo surplombe le vert # 13 sur le parcours de golf Pine Hills. Il est Ă  1,5 km de la plage (et d'un parking public avec accĂšs Ă  la plage). Broadway at the Beach est Ă  1,6 km et tous les restaurants, boutiques et vie nocturne font de Myrtle Beach le lieu de vacances idĂ©al! Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur votre balcon aprĂšs une journĂ©e au cours ou Ă  la plage et regarder les golfeurs passer. Des tarifs Ă  la nuitĂ©e et Ă  la semaine sont disponibles. 1. 5 miles de la PGA Superstore, et le buffet de fruits de mer du capitaine George.

Nous autorisons jusqu'à 12 personnes dans le condo, il y a 1 lit king, un futon, 4 lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit et il y a aussi un canapé et une causeuse. J'ai un matelas supplémentaire dans le placard des propriétaires. Si vous en avez besoin, faites-le moi savoir et je me chargerai du ménage pour vous. Tous les appareils sont en acier inoxydable neuf. Le condo a du bois franc partout avec des tapis dans chaque chambre. Ce condo est en parfait état! Ceci est une unité d'extrémité au 2Úme étage - Il a une baie vitrée dans le salon pour plus de lumiÚre du jour. De jolis stores neufs partout.


Myrtlewoods est toujours en grande forme et un emplacement privilégié.

* Les bus, motos, véhicules récréatifs, bateaux et remorques ne sont pas autorisés par la réglementation HOA.
* La violation des politiques non-fumeur / sans animaux entraßnera la confiscation du dépÎt de garantie ainsi que des frais de nettoyage supplémentaires. J'ai une sonnette Ring et une caméra Ring sur le balcon. Toutes les rÚgles seront appliquées.

TOUT FUMER DOIT ÊTRE FAIT DANS LA ZONE COMMUNE DE GRASS. PAS SUR MON BALCON OU DANS MA PORTE !!

The online listing showed a step way on 47th Street right to the beach given the indication and impression we will be beachfront or on the beach got there it was the place we'd always been going to 4 miles away from the beach felt misled

Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night!!

We loved it! The fully stocked kitchen was a major plus!!! We were able to cookout on the grill located right outside the property next to the pool (which saved a ton of money). The pool is in a great location. The owners were quick to respond to my messages! It was just enough space for our family of 12 (Ages - 4 month old twins, 10yr old twins, 8, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21,44 & 48), we used a pack and play for the babies, everyone else had a bed and were very comfortable. The location is within 7-15mins of all major attractions. We will for sure stay again!

What can I say good about this apartment not too much everything was old the shower still had hair in it wasn't clean properly the broken microwave the kitchen floor was coming up was broken the floor and we had a racist security guard who likes to harassing the black kids at the swimming pool he never asked no one else for that wristbands except the three black kids I have pictures and video of this apartment completely overrated and overpriced you make better time staying at a hotel The boardwalk is very far from this property comingcoming up

We stayed here for some unfortunate circumstances but the hosts were most accommodating and the place was perfect! Good location, very spacious and exactly as advertised.

It was a nice place.

It was very spacious and the furniture was comfortable. It really isn’t a mile from the beach. At least we couldn’t find it within a mile. The place was very secure. As far as cleanliness, vthere was lots of dust under the beds. The door handle to one of the bedrooms kept falling off. The trim around the kitchen counter fell off every time we touched it. The neighbors were very loud but friendly. So although the surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, we will not return. With a family like ours and small children, we have to be closer to the beach.

Beautiful property and a short drive away from the beach!

This property was just as nice in person as it was in the pictures! The place was very clean when we checked in. Plenty of beds and towels & linens were provided which was a plus! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates etc. and little extras like seasonings and cooking oil (first time I've ever seen this...so appreciated!). Daniel and Jamie were very patient with me in providing the needed information that I missed sending them. I appreciated the fact that the property has the Ring camera outside as it made us feel very safe. The balcony faces the pool and is a nice and quiet space in the morning to enjoy coffee. The property was a short distance from the beach and the convention center which is where we attended my daughter's dance competition. Broadway at the Beach is also a short distance away. Great place for shopping, food, drinks and entertainment. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect Location!

This property is a great location and close to everything including the beach, Broadway At The Beach, and Barefoot Landing. Communication with the owner went smoothly and check-in/out was a breeze. The condo is spacious and was comfortable for our family of 10. Unfortunately, the dining table was short a chair from the photos (5 instead of 6 shown), as well as the bar stools (3 instead of 4 shown). Regarding sleep space and bedding, all 10 of us were accommodated and there were extra pillows available, but no linens for the twin fold out beds (in living room). The kitchen is adequately stocked with necessary dishes, pans, etc. to prepare meals at home, however, a collander and electric hand mixer would be welcome additions for future guests. Overall, a great experience and we would stay again!

Great place to stay!

Our blended family really enjoyed staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us, great access to the attractions nearby. The kids loved the pool that was just out the back door of the unit. Would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay - very spacious - great value!!

We’re a family of 7 and stayed here several days while in town for a function. Location is fabulous, close to everything yet tucked away and quiet. Condo is in great shape and stocked with everything you need. The open floor plan/main living area is MUCH larger than appears in photos which was awesome!! It really is perfect for larger groups/families - plenty of space! Great spot, too, for fitness enthusiasts as the condo is right on excellent pedestrian paths that go everywhere, including along the inter coastal and a beautiful YMCA just down the road.

Great hosts!

Dan and his wife are excellent hosts. They made sure that we had everything we needed and responded right away. When we arrived, everything was spic and span (the kitchen needed some attention but that was not their fault) but everything else was perfect. Dan responded very quickly to any request I had or any question I had. Would definitely rent from them again. Beautiful property!

PERFECT CONDO

I am very happy with this condo is perfect for visit MYRTLE BEACH. is close from everything i hardly recommended this condo, i just left from there and i am thinking to book again for labor day, this is how happy i am, the communication with the owner is fast and helpful.

Golf Trip

This is a wonderful central location at Myrtlewood. The condo was very clean , comfortable and accommodating for our golf trip. I would like to thank Daniel and Jamie for everything, they were great host. I would highly recommended them, you won’t be disappointed. Will stay here again for next years trip.

Nice three bedroom condo in a central location

We had a nice stay in this rental property. We felt it was a decent price for a three bedroom condo central to where a lot of Myrtle Beaches attractions are located. The kitchen could use a deep cleaning that the contracted housekeeping company wouldn’t typically do and the bathrooms were outdated with wallpaper pealing off the walls but it wasn’t a huge deal. Nice location on the property looking over the pool and golf course. Would consider it again if needing a condo in Myrtle Beach. Thank you.

This property is in immaculate condition. The bedroom suits are brand new. It is the best location in Myrtlewoods. It is right on top of the biggest pool, overlooks the golf course, and trash dumpsters are within walking distance. These condos are also the closest to the Cal Ripken baseball fields, and central to EVERYTHING!
