L'unité du Sandpiper Condominium 605 est une 3 Chambre / 2 ½ salle de bains condo situé au 6ème étage. Cette unité fait face au golfe du Mexique et les magnifiques plages de Port Aransas! Récemment rénové, Unité 605 est un excellent choix pour la location tout moment de l'année.

605 est une unité décorées avec goût et style. La cuisine est absolument magnifique avec de nouvelles armoires et éblouissantes des comptoirs en granit. Dans la région de salon et la salle, les meubles sont confortables et accueillant pour jeux de société du soir, des dîners, ou un film sur le téléviseur 46 "à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Les meubles de patio est grand de sorte que vous pouvez voir sur le balcon et profiter de notre vue sur l'océan sans obstruction.

La Master Suite a un lit king size et une vue à la plage par son propre porte du balcon. Il ya une chaise confortable pour assis et lisant tout en admirant vers les eaux bleues pacifiques. Pour votre détente personnelle, il ya un joueur de 42 "TV à écran plat et DVD. Il ya des meubles de grandes de sorte que vous pouvez déballer vos affaires et de se sentir comme à la maison! Ci-joint le, douche carrelée de plain-pied qui a une pomme de douche amovible et rayonnages pour tous vos articles de toilette.

Dans la deuxième chambre il ya un lit king size avec un 32 "TV à écran plat tandis que la troisième chambre a 2 grands lits avec un 42" TV à écran plat et lecteur DVD. Les deux chambres ont des placards pleins de taille afin que vos invités peuvent également mettre leurs choses loin et se sentir à la maison pendant les vacances. La salle de bain d'hôtes dispose d'une douche carrelée avec une baignoire pleine taille.

Fantastic!

It was simply great. Plenty of living room & dining space, balcony was wonderful & views of the ocean were perfect, nice bedrooms with great beds for couples, big kitchen (open & bright), close & easy access to the beach, free use of beach furniture from the Sandpiper (that is very rare anywhere), pool & hot tub are great, outside area for hanging out, grilling & enjoying sunsets is stellar. AND - they are doing renovations, so it will stay wonderful. We'll go again.

Frustrating from start to finish

I would like to start by saying the property manager/management was horrible. When I booked my stay my card went through on VRBO, but I immediately began getting phone calls from the sandpiper facility saying that there was an error with my card. When I went into my banking app I saw that VRBO processed but my bank was declining the “one night” charge from the sandpiper. (I was in Florida at Disney so I figured my bank was suspicious of charges in different places.) This occurred on the Friday before my stay, I tried calling my bank but they were closed on the weekend and when I explained that to the sandpiper they continued to try to run the card and called me numerous times that weekend. I told them I would talk with my bank on Monday. On Monday I spoke with my bank and they processed the charge. I decided to call the sandpiper and ask them to charge the full amount for my stay because the following weekend was a holiday weekend and I didn’t want any issues upon arrival. They said that was not their policy and they could not do that. When I arrived Friday night (very late around 11:30 pm) my card was declined again and I asked if they had another way to process the card instead of just inputting it into the computer. (Like a chip reader.) They said they would figure it out in the morning. The next morning I noticed the overall lack of cleanliness in the unit. The countertops in the kitchen were dirty. The plant in the master bedroom had leaves all behind the chair and the sunshade cords were wrapped up in the plant. The living room TV was not working and the half bathroom toilet was not flushing. They ended up removing a TV from one of the bedrooms and putting it in the living room. I went down stairs to settle up the account and found that I could not reach anyone at my bank and showed them that it was not a lack of funds, but exactly what my concerns were before arriving. What followed was a constant barrage of phone calls which ended with the manager accusing me of not going to the ATM each day and withdrawing funds (which my bank also caps at $300 per day) then they finally attempted to charge half of the amount which went through. It was entirely insulting and while I understand their need to have the account settled, I am not a thief and have had many wonderful vacations through VRBO with no issues. The manager was extremely rude and instead of being understanding was accusatory. Do NOT recommend.

We always accept payment early, always. We did not have one complaint about your condo until this review. The Only complaint being about your bank blocking your payment and being closed for the Holiday. You were unable to speak to a person because you have a very small bank from a small town. Management was very understanding of the unfortunate situation, but we do not allow people to stay for free or pay for their vacation after their vacation. Our staff kindly tried to work with you throughout your entire stay. No one ever accused you of trying not to pay and we understood the issue with your bank and the holiday weekend however, the Sandpiper or management is not responsible for issues with your bank. We were kind enough to let you stay despite not paying; all we asked is that the balance was paid before departure. We understand your frustration with the situation, but zero attempt to withdraw money or provide us payment was attempted from another funding source until we required it at your checkout. We are sorry it had to come to this review, but asking you to pay for your vacation is not worthy of a bad review.

Wonderful place, with amazing ocean views on a clean, well-equipped beach. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Front desk staff were very helpful.

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The property was clean and well stocked with bath and beach towels. This was very convenient. The property is also located close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was so nicely updated and furnished. The kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect. We loved our little getaway here.

Perfect getaway

Property is very clean and the beach is pretty much private for residents. It’s not crowded at all. Tons of space for families do enjoy!
