Our condo is located at The Aransas Princess Condominiums in Port Aransas, Texas. Port A is a charming and quaint beach town known for World Class fishing and miles of beautiful beaches! Have fun surfing, boogie boarding, beach combing or just enjoy a lazy day on the beach or by one of our 2 resort swimming pools. For more adventures - reserve a Bird or Dolphin excursion. Visit the local Art Galleries, boutique shops or the beachfront golf course next door. Younger kids love the Pirate Ship Cruise and the pirates will entertain while parents relax and watch. Mother daughter get away

Loved our stay!

We've stayed in Port A several times but this was the first time at the Aransas Princess. We would definitely stay here again! Great pools, nicely furnished and spacious condo, and easy access to the beach. We'll be back. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo ~Dont let it get away!

Brads beautiful condo was everything and more for our family of 6. The location was easy to get to from the elevators with a view of our favorite cascade pool (shaded trellis area) for for the grands and as well as the ocean and boardwalk. Amazingly you can purchase a beach pass to drive on the beach which is the next block over. The staff work really hard to keep the property nice. Having kids and everything to go with them, it was so nice to throw everything in the car and drive down. The complex furnished luggage carts to make the transfer easy. So close to many great places to eat, shop, fish, and sightsee. Brads place was fully furnished with everything you need for a perfect beach day. Lots of towels, chairs, toys, etc. I can't tell you how clean and beautiful Brad's place was. The luggage racks were a suprise, keeping our luggage off the floor. The furnishings and art were well thought out and beautiful. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed to cook our meals. An added suprise was the extra seasonings, coffee, and spices that were available. The w/d was definitely a plus, along with detergent and dryer sheets. Brad was very accommodating regarding my concerns regarding potential weather. So thankful Alberto came & went without any interuptions and Beryl was 10 days after our visit. He was also available by text or phone for any questions. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise and feeling the evening breeze from the ocean!

Best Location

The photos Don’t do it justice. The location was perfect walking distance to The beach. The entire facility was cleaned and staff was friendly. Would definitely do this again at this location.

Family vacation

The property was clean, super comfortable beds with everything you would need. Communication with the property manager was slow but we got help at the front desk for anything we needed. They were very nice, helpful and courteous. I would recommend this place.

The condo was well maintained and conveniently located next to the golf course. It is also just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice well appointed beach condo

The condo was well maintained, well kept, and well appointed with all of the amenities you could need. The coffee maker and Keurig were in working order. I always bring my own detergent and cleaning supplies; they all came home unused. We always bring our own beach towels since we love ours, and that ended up being the right choice here. Bath towels are enough for 4 adults/teens, bring your own if you plan to have more people in the condo. Appliances were In working order, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Cell service in the AP is non existent so you need Wi-Fi calling enabled on your phone! We didn’t use the public spaces, but there was a lot of renovation work being done while we were there last week. Staff at the AP were all really accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.

Fun celebration

I have been spending time in PA since I was very small. I just love the town and all that it has to offer. I have stayed all up and down the beach through the years. I picked this condo and am very glad that I did! The location was perfect. The unit was ideal for us and provided everything that we could possibly need or want. I will come back very soon.

Loved it!!!

This property is exactly what the listing describes! Fantastic view of the pool and ocean from the balcony and even inside. The condo is very well appointed with anything you might need, comfortable furniture and great decor. The entire complex is secure, clean and lovely. We will DEFINITELY stay there again next time!!

Having owned a condo at the Aransas Princess, we always stay at the Aransas Princess when we visit Port A. We have stayed in this particular unit several times and love it.

Nice Getaway

The condo is exactly as the photos! Immaculate kitchen and bathrooms; soft comfortable beds; relaxing living room furniture and balcony with great ocean views. Perfect space for a small family or two couples, and the onsite amenities make this a great find. Only negative during our stay was the ongoing restorative construction to the exterior brick of the entire property as well as the boardwalk to the beach. We could have done without the early morning construction noise, but that's the downside of renting in the off-season. The vehicle beach access road right next door to the property made these negatives less bothersome. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we will keep this property in mind when looking for a future rental in Port A!

October 2022 Getaway

Our first time to stay at the Aransas Princess and we have had an amazing time. Our room was perfectly decorated, very stylish, clean and modern. The condo offered plenty of room with two bedrooms to accommodate me, my wife , daughter , mother and father in law. Our back balcony overlooked the beautiful pool and ocean view. Our front porch entrance had another view of the second pool and golf course next door. So so amazing!!. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from our balcony and front porch walkway. The staff were all so courteous and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect with a boardwalk to the beach and all the luxuries of shopping and restaurants just minutes away. We rented a golf cart and didn’t have to drive our vehicle our whole stay. Brad was our Host and was very helpful, professional and informative as we made reservations even up to the day that we arrived! A great place to stay. You won’t regret it!! Ray S.
