One of the best townhouses that we have stayed in at Windsor Hills. Luciano, the property manager, was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to our questions/requests. Lovely unit that had everything we needed for our 9 night stay.

We enjoyed our visit to Orlando and our stay at this townhome! Location is convenient to all the Disney Parks and there are plenty of restaurants and convenient shopping for groceries and other needs nearby. One of the reasons we chose this property is that there is NO carpet and all floors were very clean! The kitchen was well equipped. Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan and a TV with streaming service. When we arrived, we found the living room TV was not working and Luciano arranged for service the next morning and the TV receiver had to be replaced. Kudos for prompt replies and service! Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. Owner also provided TP, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent sufficient for our stay, and enough coffee K-pods so we didn't have to make a trip out immediately! We were too busy during our stay to take advantage of the backyard pool or the other pools and amenities at Windsor Hills, which were a short walk away, but they were very nice! Communications from Luciano were prompt and helpful! Using the townhome address, my GPS led me to an "owner only" gate; try using the Windsor Hills main gate address for your GPS: 2600 N. Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee FL.

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills very much.Very clean, well supplied, even left water toys for the kids for use in our private pool- which was wonderful.Two items need addressed - sink in downstairs bathroom was clogged up , and we could not get the Living room TV to change channels ( maybe it was just us, but other TVs had no problem).Host was very accommodating with speedy responses to questions. Would defiantly stay again

Home was super clean, beds were REALLY comfortable. Pool was very cold, but we chose not to pay to heat it, so if a warm pool is important to you, you may want to pay for that. My only complaints are that there are a lot of light switches that don’t seem to do anything, but that is very minor, and there is not much seating in the living room if you want to lounge. Property host was VERY responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was good overall. I did respond directly to the owner that there were several lights and plugs that did not work in the living area. I would suggest that there be additional rolls of toilet tissue and paper towels, and perhaps some basic cleaning supplies. Countertop spray cleaner, etc. It was bare bones.

Excellent & Family Fun

House is wonderful, pool and condo amenities are fantastic! Very nice location, close to Disney parks but yet had a cozy feel. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had another great time as our second stay and we would highly recommend this home!

The rental is well located to proximity of resort pool and clubhouse. There were a few issues but the owner was quick to respond. Would recommend this place

Awesome

We really enjoyed our stay!! The property is amazing, well located, condo with great amenities, and house equipped with everything we needed. My kids simply loved the 5 nights we stayed there.. Owner replied to my queries right way, a great host! It was such a great experience for our first time with VRBO. We will definitely be coming back soon !!!

Perfect Property for our Vacation

Luciano was really quick to answer any questions I had. Everything was clean and organized. We really enjoyed having our own little pool and being within walking distance of the main pool. Getting to Disney or Sea World was a quick drive away.

Perfect

Everything was clean and organized. I appreciate that this property doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary decorations that take up valuable space. I did not have to move large floral arrangements to make space in the master bathroom or an remove an onslaught of decorative pillows from the beds. I’d definitely rent here again.

Fall Break Getaway

Stayed here with my 13 yo daughter for her Fall Break. Went to Disney and Universal Studios. Close to Magic Kingdom (~15 minutes) and Universal Studios (~30 minutes). The private pool was perfect to relax in, and the water was warm! We did not check out the clubhouse, pool, movie theater or other amenities, so cannot speak to that. But overall the property was clean, nicely appointed for meals, and the neighborhood was quiet. Luciano was attentive, quick and accommodating. He's first rate! I would stay here again!
