Bring a cork screw, sip and relax

Front desk staff is exceptional as well as gate keeper and grounds crew. The unit was clean bur we were a little disappointed that the unit inventory list was not up to date. Here we are in “Wine Country,” and the cork screw was no where to be found. There was only one medium size fry pan and no hair dryer. Bed was comfortable, lots of towels, nice tv, etc. third floor unit has lots of stairs leading up to entryway. We love Chelan Shores and all the amenities and have stayed in other units prior. We actually prefer a ground floor unit so that you can just step out to the pool.

Best Place in Town!

The Lake Chelan Shores is like a private resort in the Caribbean. There is 24 hour security. There are 5 amazing pools and a huge beachfront for swimming and boating. Our room 15-9 had a fabulous view of the lake and a covered parking spot. Within a minute walk, we were down at the beach that was partially shaded, thankfully! The condo was beyond well-stocked, and the furniture was nicely updated. I wish we could have stayed longer. Next year for sure.

This unit could use some upgrades

The condo is well-maintained and equipped with everything guests need. The property is terrific, great location. As noted by other guests, this unit could use some furniture updates (the wing chair is kind of wobbly), but that’s mostly personal style preference. However, the bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced; we even talked about leaving a day early. We stuck it out, but did not sleep well.

Sleep needs

Bed needs to be updated to new memory foam complete bed, not just a 2 inch foam on a hard surface bed!! Otherwise rhis unit was nice and cozy and well equipped!

Terrific Option for Lodging

Lovely place to stay although the furniture could use a little updating. We loved having a view of the lake and the house was cozy and warm. Just enough space for a couple or a couple with a child.

Great property, bad unit.

This is not for sleeping 4. The sleeper sofa is not functioning after being so over used for years. Springs are missing and the barely functioning mattress can't sit correctly so you sink into a painful collapsed bed I use the word bed very lightly)! Not even our child could sleep on it as it collapsed at a 45 degree slope. My husband spent two night on the floor so my daughter and I could sleep in the main bed ( barely comfortable but better than sleeper sofa). We left a night earlier due to this. Having emailed the company they have still yet to respond to me, although before hand replied instantly. Great property and well maintained BUT this unit is not great!

Great Family Resort!

We had a great time with our family at the Lake Chelan Resort! So much to do besides the lake! We enjoyed everything from the workout area to the ping pong to tennis!
