Ce charmant cottage confortable et récemment rénové est situé dans une station balnéaire calme et sécurisée de Beach Dreams. Il peut accueillir quatre personnes et dispose d'une salle de bains et de deux chambres avec un porche trois saisons. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen. Tous les nouveaux meubles en 2019. Il borde également le chalet # 207, pour ceux qui voyagent avec d'autres. Voir la propriété HomeAway # 975363 pour les détails du chalet 207.

Venez vous amuser! Beach Dreams possède une piscine ainsi qu'un jacuzzi et une piscine pour enfants. Le club-house comprend une salle d'exercice bien équipée, un échange de livres ou un emprunt, une salle de jeux vidéo ainsi qu'une table de hockey sur air. Pétanque, un panier de basket et un court de tennis sont également sur place.
* Beach Dreams est une communauté non-fumeurs.

Des kilomètres de belles plages sont à proximité (Wells, Crescent, Moody, Footbridge, Drakes Island et Ogunquit sont les plus proches) ... le chariot Wells s'arrête à la porte d'entrée. We had a great stay at the beach dreams cottage. We had everything we needed. The pool was awesome. Close to everything we wanted to do like beaches and shopping. The property itself is very well maintained and great for kids. We would love to return next year.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cottage in the Beach Dreams community. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The location was great for quick trips to Ogunquit beaches or day trips to York. The kids loved taking advantage of the pool and clubhouse games when we got home, and we appreciated that there was a fitness room in the clubhouse for the adults. We would love to stay again someday!

My family member needed Maine to reach having visited all 50 US States. The cottage was PERFECT. There was enough space for privacy and gathering. Its location is as fantastic and the host was generous. The people we met at the property were very friendly and welcoming!

A Perfect Weekend

As recent empty nesters, my husband and I were looking for a place to get away together for the weekend on a whim. Everything from booking to check out was extremely easy. Brian was very pleasant to communicate with and the property was exactly as listed! We can’t wait to rent this cozy cottage again!

Sweet Cottage

This sweet cottage is perfect for 2 couples. The 2 bedrooms gave us our privacy & the rest of the place was like being home. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at "home" if we wanted. We appreciated the basic supplies that were provided even beach chairs & coolers if u need them! Will recommend to our friends & family!

Great vaca week

We stayed for a week with our two kids (4 and 6). We had a blast. We went to beach often (must drive, not walkable) and the pool was key for afternoons. The kids loved it and this cottage is a super short walk to the pool so very convenient. It’s a quiet community and great for kids to bike/scooter around. Did mini golf and race karts are the park right nearby. Cottage was clean. With a grill and outside table. Overall great stay.

Quiet community in Maine

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. We had never stayed in this type of community before, and while the cottages are close together, it was still quiet and felt decently private. The inside of the cottage was comfortable, very clean, and updated nicely. We used the pool once, and it was just a few minutes walk from the cottage. The two living areas (living room and porch) were great to have, and made the cottage feel more spacious. We normally would look to rent a private home, but for our first time in one of these beach communitys, it was a comfortable and nicely furnished option.

This is an immaculate, comfortable, perfect cottage.The location is very conveniently close to restaurants and beaches, a supermarket, CVS, Walgreen’s, as well as bakeries, a hardware store, & medical services. The furniture is comfortable and decorated in a nautical theme. Plenty of room. Many free cable tv channels. Perfect for a couple or a family. We are looking forward to staying there again. We had to contact the host to tell us how to turn the shower head on. He answered us almost immediately and he was so very nice and helpful. You will love this cottage.. we certainly did.

Our Maine Vacation Summer 2023--Beach Dreams Cottage 200

We were delighted with Cottage 200 when we arrived. The pictures that we had seen on VRBO portrayed the cottage perfectly. We were delighted with the starter bag of essentials. We were very impressed with the furnishings through out the cottage. The cottage was furnished with so many items--every utensil that we needed was there, the great appliances, dishes, and all the accessories. The decor of the unit was beautiful and very pleasing. The furniture was in excellent shape and comfortable. The porch was a wonderful addition to the living space. The bedrooms were comfortable and again nicely decorated. We so enjoyed the quiet that the cottage and Beach Dreams brought to our stay. When we arrived we met the owner of a cottage next to 200 and she was so pleasant and offered great advice and also if we had any questions that she would gladly help to help us. We certainly would consider staying at this cottage again as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Also the wifi and TV were great!! The entire complex is beautifully maintained and other guests were very friendly. Thanks so much for having us as guests.

The cottage was perfect, Very clean and sweetly decorated with beach decor. Location was also great, close to all of our favorite places in Wells, Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport. Definitely recommend for couples or small families.
