A retreat to repeat

We had a great time. It is a well maintained house, as are the facilities, such as the swimming pool and work out annexe. We loved watching the sunset when lounging by the pool. A retreat we are sure to repeat!

Lovely duplex

Beautiful home with a great view and swimming pool. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were great for us. Meeting up with my mom and sister. It is on top of the hill and one may need a car if walking is an issue, which we did because of mom. I walked down the hill to pick up various items from the couple of stores. One of them had the best tomatoes!

Nice apartment at beautiful and calm location

The apartment is nice with a beautiful view over Bodrum. The swimming pool is also very attractive. The landlord is friendly and helpful. The guy for helping during our stay was unfortunately less helpful. We often had to ask him the same question several times before we got an answer (or sometimes not). But all in all this apartment is recommended.

Lovely property and pool

We enjoyed our time at the property and spent a lot of time in and around it. The garden and pool area is gorgeous, with full sun and shade available. We used the loungers, the table and chairs and the rattan, though it was very hot on this. We did a lot of walking down to the local shops and right down into Bodrum and its quite a climb back up the hill. The evenings in Bodrum in the restaurants along the beach are amazing. Its so beautiful, the food is good and you can just have drinks. We took boat trips from the little harbour just nearby on 2 days and they were excellent (and cool). The air con works well and the bedrooms were surprisingly cool. The cats keep coming, so we had to keep the doors closed at all times. My go to place was the balcony and I spent my hours sitting there reading - I would never tire of this view.

Can't recommend highly enough!

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks staying in this 2 bed apartment. Views from balcony and lounge outstanding and stunning sunset every evening. Kitchen well equipped if you prefer to cook at home. Beds very comfy and bedrooms open directly onto garden and pool area. Pool is perfect and garden so pretty. Lovely location with shops and fabulous park nearby and we found an excellent restaurant just 10 minutes walk away. Yes it is on a hill so some slopes to walk up but not bad at all in our opinion and a small price to pay for the views!! Best thing of all is the host Mitra who is friendly, social, thoughtful and incredibly helpful - always making sure we had everything we needed and planning transfers etc without being asked. She is one in a million and so interesting! A friend for life I hope 🙏 I can't recommend this enough as a base in Bodrum.

Wonderful Villa Abracadabra

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Abracadabra immensely; the villa, the garden, the pool - everything is very well cared for. The view of Bodrum from the balcony is amazing – during day time many white house and at night time city lights. Mitra is a very great host; she responds to emails and texts immediately and Enver is always just a phone call away. They are both most helpful. On our arrival Enver showed us where to do our shopping, and he waited for us and took us back to the house. We spent some days by the pool in the garden; some days we went on tours, e.g. Kos and Pamukkale and some days we walked to Bodrum city centre - just a 15-minute walk away. Coming home to Villa Abracadabra after busy days was just a treat. We had a wonderful time in Bodrum and we highly recommend Villa Abracadabra to anyone visiting Bodrum.

Great place, fabulous pool.

We (3) had a great time staying here. It’s a lovely villa split into 3 apartments in a residential area, it was nice to have an up & downstairs. The pool area is lovely & we had it to ourselves most of the time. The property was clean & with careful closing of the screen doors it was almost entirely bug free. Mitra is an excellent host & we were able to contact a helpful property manager when she was unavailable. She arranged a transfer from the airport which we’d recommend. The home is up a hill a little out of the touristy area, we walked 20mins down to town & got taxis back up. The home is tricky for taxi drivers to find, they didn’t seem to understand the address, but they are very cheap (£3 or less) & we directed them from the main road. Wifi is a bit temperamental. Would recommend this place for a holiday in Bodrum!

many problems for a short stay the air conditioner in the master bedroom did not work for 2 days Television does not work! Water cut in broad daylight House badly cleaned lirs of our arrival The person who is in charge of the house is unpleasant not polite and is not benevolent! we felt bad during his presence !!!

Family holiday

As a family we love Turkey self catering holidays. The accommodation accurately matched the listing and was very comfortable. We were fortunate to have the place and pool to ourselves for most of the duration. Set in a quiet residential hillside setting, the villa is only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the plentiful shops/ restaurants/ market/ bus station and beach. As others have said there is a steep hill to walk back up, but that wasn't a problem for us. The owners Mitra and Holger were super helpful and responsive from our initial booking enquiry and right through the holiday arranging transfers and anything else needed. The only things we felt were missing for a complete self catering experience were a few more kitchen utensils and basic cleaning products(surface cleaners/ toilet bleach and a little wash powder). As there was no cleaning service offered during our 2 week stay, these would have been appreciated. However, this is minor - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely villa. In fact, we commented that the 2 rented properties would be ideal for 2 family groups visiting together.

Soggiorno tranquillo con vista spettacolare

La casa Ăš bella, provvista di tutto, ben tenuta ed Ăš coerente con l'annuncio. La posizione Ăš ottima a pochi passi dal centro con una vista spettacolare sulla cittĂ  soprattutto al tramonto. Il terrazzo Ăš ottimo per piacevoli cenette all'aperto. Ho apprezzato l'interesse dell'host Mitra a superare alcuni problemi avuti durante il soggiorno, per questo consiglio vivamente questa location.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Das Objekt befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, aber fußlĂ€ufig ist die Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Es gibt unweit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nahebei ein nettes Restaurant (The Fame) und nach AusflĂŒgen ist der Pool einfach großartig zum Entspannen! Die Vermieterin hat einen Airportshuttle organisiert, der auch perfekt geklappt hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch perfekt und sehr, sehr nett. Unser Apartment war sauber, wie auch der Garten und die Poolanlage. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war toll! Wirklich eine gute Adresse, wenn man selbst organisiert Bodrum besuchen möchte.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung und ser freundlicher Kontakt

Objekt wie auf den Bildern. Schöner Garten mit Pool und eigenem Parkplatz. Im Eingangsbereich Wohnzimmer mit KĂŒche , Balkon und WC und im unteren Bereich 2 Schlafzimmer, WC und Dusche. Der Pool befindet sich im UG und ist ĂŒber beide Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Pool, Garten und vieles andere wird fast tĂ€glich gepflegt. Wohnzimmer und beide Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Kontakt vor Ort war immer erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out waren ok. Fussweg zu Zeki MĂŒren Museum ca 8-10min.. TV hatte leider nicht funktioniert und wurde zumindest wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts provisorisch gelöst. Ausstattung KĂŒche relativ gut, aber nicht komplett. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis und ein sehr netter Kontakt zum EigentĂŒmer. Leichte Konfusion beim Check-in bzgl Kaution i.H v. 300€, welche bei Fe-Wo nicht angezeigt wird. Dies wurde mit einem Telefonat mit dem EigentĂŒmer geklĂ€rt.

Lage TOP, Aussicht wunderschön, alte Möbel und Geschirr, WIFI schlecht

Erstmals muss ich sagen, dass die Vermieterin sowie der Objekt-Betreuer Enver bey sehr nett waren. Die Lage des Objektes ist optimal, sehr nahe zum Stadtzentrum. Die Aussenanlage, der Pool waren sehr schön, die Aussicht auch toll. Leider sind die Möbel in der Wohnung sehr alt, somit sehr abgenutzt. Die Armaturen sind völlig verkalkt, den Wasserkocher konnte man auch vor kalk gar nicht benutzen. Das Geschirr ist leider auch sehr abgenutzt, die Töpfe und Pfannen waren nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Leider fehlten auch einige Utensilien wir WĂ€schespinne, WĂ€schekorb ..... Wir haben uns damit zufrieden gegeben, was es gab. WIFI ist leider miserabel. Wenn man keine großen Erwartungen hat ist es ausreichend. Ich hĂ€tte mir die Wohnung auch etwas sauberer erwĂŒnscht. Im großen und ganzen war es OK ; )

Abracadabra was magic

We sent two fantastic weeks in early May ‘22 at Abracadabra and enjoyed every minute, we had the place to ourselves. The apartment is located in quite location on a hillside overlooking Bodrum City, it was comfortable, well furnished and equipped with lovely views from the first floor balcony of the City, Bay and Castle. The pool area and garden are special and it was a real pleasure to spend time there, especially after the hustle and bustle of Bodrum City. There are 3 or 4 really good and reasonably priced restaurants close by as well as a number of small supermarkets. Bodrum beach and shops is a 15 minute walk away. Airport transfers were seamless as Mitra who owns the apartment kindly arranged for Enver her building manager to drive us in his own transport, he charged £20 each way which wasn’t bad as the Airport is about 35 miles away. Thanks Mitra and Enver we had fantastic stay and will be back soon. Dave & Christine

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub!

Die Lage, Ausstattung und PreisverhĂ€ltnis war alles TOP. Es war alles tadellos sauber und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sympathisch gewesen. Wir haben uns mit meiner Freundin bei der BegrĂŒĂŸung sehr willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet gewesen und man hatte alles was man braucht. Alle unsere WĂŒnsche wurden vom Hausmeister, der sich um die Anlage und die GĂ€ste gekĂŒmmert hat erfĂŒllt. Vielen lieben Dank an den Hausmeister. Die Lage der Villa ist hervorragend und der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Das Zentrum lĂ€sst sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Am schönsten fanden wir den Pool. Wir hatten nĂ€mlich das GlĂŒck, die erste Woche den Pool fĂŒr uns allein zu haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank noch einmal und hoffentlich bis zum nĂ€chsten mal.

Schönes Ferienhaus einfach zum Relaxen

Ich war mit meiner Familie, also meine Gattin und unseren zwei erwachsenen Kindern (20 und 24) dort. Das war unser erstes Mal, aber bestimmt nicht letztes. Das Haus war komplett sauber, der schöne Garten sehr gepflegt und das Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Betreuer des Hauses war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Kleine Funktionsprobleme der ElektrogerĂ€te hat er kurzer Hand beheben lassen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt und haben uns sehr gut relaxen können. Wir haben das GlĂŒck gehabt die Besitzerin und Ihre besonders nette Familie kennen zu lernen und sehr schöne Zeit mit denen zu verbringen. Also, es wird eine richtige Entscheidung Entscheidung sein diese Ferienwohnung zu buchen.

Beautiful garden pool area , lovelly apartment.

A nice apartment with everything you need . Good location for shops and only a short ( 15-20 min ) walk into town. Great garden pool area to relax in . Listed location is not 100% correct , its 1 -2 blocks over if you want to view on google maps

Lovely villa and pool

This is a lovely property. Very clean and well equipped. The pool area is nice with a barbecue area and a Gym. It’s in a residential area where several of the locals keep dogs in their yardstick/ gardens. There was quite a lot of early morning and early evening barking . Enver is very helpful and informative and arranged airport transfers for us for 20 Euros each way which is reasonable.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Die Wahl des Domizils stellte sich als goldrichtig heraus. Tolle Wohnung, tolles Ambiente... einfach alles, wie man es sich wĂŒnscht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir hatten das GlĂŒck auch unsere Gastgeber, Mitra und Holger persönlich kennenzulernen. Herzlicher geht’s wohl kaum. Auf Wiedersehen und bis bald....... Noble Residenz

Die Maisonette-Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und komfortabel und war auch fĂŒr uns 6 Personen ausreichend. Insbesodere der Pool ist fantastisch und genauso die Aussicht auf die Bodrumer Bucht. Der Hausmeister ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Da wir kein Auto hatten, mussten wir den Hang hinauf zwar zu Fuß nehmen - das war aber auch fĂŒr die Oma ertrĂ€glich. Wir haben alles in allem eine Tolle Woche in der Villa und in Bodrum verbracht.
