Open-plan living, all on one level.
Three bedrooms, five beds, comfortably sleeps 4â6 and up to 8 maximum:
1Ă King bed â Master bedroom with ocean view, private ensuite, and towels provided
1Ă Queen bed â Second bedroom, sliding doors to the rear deck
2Ă King single beds â Third bedroom, sliding doors to the rear deck
1Ă Double sofa bed in the lounge
1Ă Foldaway single bed
Main bathroom at the end of the hallway serves bedrooms 2 and 3, with shower, vanity, bath, and separate toilet.
Laundry includes washer and dryer.

Renovated unit with a lovely beachside feel, stylishly decorated in an eclectic mix of family pieces and modern additions. Quality furnishings throughout.
Well-equipped kitchen with electric cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, and Nutribullet available.
Entry via the rear deck, which offers an alfresco dining area for 8 people and a Weber gas BBQ.
From the rear deck, step into the sunroom, dining area, and kitchen.
A second TV is located in the dining cabinet so you wonât miss your favourite show while cooking.
The kitchen flows into the large air-conditioned lounge area with ocean views.
Large Smart TV for Netflix and On Demand streaming.
Outdoor seating on the front veranda runs the full length of the unit.
A hallway from the kitchen and lounge leads to the bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and the formal front door â though most guests prefer the easy access via the rear deck, just steps from the double lock-up garage.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the garage.
The garage fits two small cars side-by-side or one large vehicle.
