Betsy and Charlotte are both a dream come true as far as feeling welcome and being hosted is concerned. Even prior to arrival, they both anticipated our preferences, took note of our anniversary, and a decorated sign adorned our door as we drove up for our stay. That was just the start of such a lovely time, secluded, but still close to all the area can offer. It felt like staying at your own private, personal resort

Just a fabulous property! Maybe the best we've stayed in. Incredible view of the foothills from the pool and spa make this a spectacular setting to relax. Loved the regular visits from hummingbirds and the soaring vultures in the valley below us. The fact that we had perfect weather was a plus too. Betsy and Charlotte are lovely hosts and very responsive. Anything we asked for, they supplied. Would stay here again anytime!

This was such an incredible get away for me and my girlfriend! The pictures are amazing but they don’t even do it justice! Charlotte communicated with us and was there for us throughout our whole stay if we ever needed anything! Would recommend to anyone in a heart beat! Will be back again!

Beautiful and Serene Getaway. I came here as a birthday treat for myself and I was not disappointed. The owners were clearly very thoughtful when creating this lovely second floor apartment. A kitchen, two sitting areas, and a separate bath make this place very special. And that's not counting the fabulous pool and view. Very close to Sutter Creek's Main Street for coffee and window shopping. The only tiny nit I could pick would be the constant sound of the toilet running, but closing the bathroom door solved it. I had a great stay and would return!

What a wonderful stay!! Far exceeded our expectations. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't have a ton of time to spend at the property, but we made the best of the time we did. The pool is to die for, so quiet and serene. Everything was clean and communication was clear and helpful. We want to come back with our son and spend more time at the pool. All around great property!!

The pool side seating was very comfortable, we did not use the fire table. The grounds are well kept and quiet and peaceful. Apartment was so cozy and bed was so comfortable has every thing to stay a home away from home. Definitely will be back.

The owner, Betsy, was kind, generous, attentive, and helpful. Her property is well taken care of and well appointed. The views are at least as beautiful as the pictures show, and her house is very close to the town of Sutter Creek. I hope I get to stay again.

Sunset Hills Ranch was a wonderful place to spend Christmas with nearby family. Charlotte and Betsy were warm and welcoming, and the property was just as described. The bed was so comfortable, wow! Will definitely be back.

Our stay at Sunset Hills for our 44th wedding anniversary was one of our best get aways yet. Charlotte & Betsie were excellent hostesses. Attentive to our needs, The apartment was very comfortable and had beautiful decor. Not to mention the gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend viewing the sunset from the hot tub. We enjoyed the Element, Farm to Table Restaurant. I enjoyed the most tender chicken I have ever had. Also browsed through the cute shops of Sutter’s Creek. Along with a unique, delectable Irish-Louisiana style breakfast, which included beignets & an Irish type eggs Benedict at the Rosebud Cafe in Jackson. Definitely, an enjoyable get away!

The property was beautiful and has amazing sunrises. The property owner and property manager were very nice and a joy to talk with. Thr apartment was spacious, decorated wonderfully and comforting. We were so relaxed and everything above helped us with that.

Perfect location for a wine country getaway

It's just a short drive from downtown Sutter Creek! Apartment was clean and very well equipped. The quiet, and gorgeous surroundings make for a perfect weekend away.
