Tout nouveau de la nouvelle cuisine et salle de bains à tous les meubles. C'est vif et joyeux. Le trottoir est juste devant. La plage de baignade est à 2 pâtés de maisons. Le nouveau Ocean Resort est accessible à pied. 3 chambres 2 salles de bains grand condo avec terrasse extérieure. Aussi buanderie. Parfait pour six personnes. C'est un beau grand condo avec 1600 pieds carrés. Livré avec des draps et des serviettes pour tout le monde. Veuillez vous renseigner pour plus de détails.

The townhouse, overlooking the boardwalk was very spacious and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect, a couple blocks to the main beach and Ocean Casino resort with multiple great restaurants. Our granddaughters enjoyed renting bikes right next door, along with all the rides on Steel Pier. There are pickle ball courts, basketball courts and miniature golf steps away. So many fun things to do close by. The host, Eleanor is very accommodating and helpful.

Summer 2020

Easy access to boardwalk and casinos, property very clean, owner very accommodating, responds immediately. Was provided with coffee, water, snacks, linen. Very satisfied if visiting this area again.

Not the best experience

Unfortunately, we did not have the greatest experience with this rental. We had the reservation booked for several months, however a little over a month prior to the trip there was a glitch with the VRBO reservation system and our trip was not showing up, even though we had the confirmation number. The host contacted us b/c they had other parties interested in renting it. The host asked me to contact VRBO, which i did and learned it was just a temporary issue that would be resolved quickly (which it was!). After relaying this to the host, they asked for a copy of my credit card statement, which I found to be a very odd and intrusive request. Upon arrival, we asked the host where we should park and we were told that we could park in the driveway or on the street. The following morning we received an abrasive text that we couldn't take up the entire driveway. We immediately complied and moved all of the cars to the street, but this was an unexpected issue since we had specifically asked about parking. Another issue was the internet... We had scheduled our trip with the intention of being able to work from the rental, however the internet was extremely spotty at best, and at times didnt work at all. We contacted the host, and they had someone looking at it, but it was never really resolved. There didn't appear to be a dedicated router for the rental, which seemed to be a big part of the issue. Another situation arose when the AC stopped working. We contacted the owner and they said they would have someone come by the next day. The owner then showed up without notice later that afternoon. Some of the other guests in the rental with us were present at the time, one of them was on a work call. The guests, being very Covid cautious, were uncomfortable having the owner show up unannounced and not wearing a mask. Clearly it's the owners right to stop by if necessary with proper and specific notice, but we were not given that courtesy. In a later text thread, the owner referred to our friend as a "b*tch" because she was caught off guard when the owner showed up. This was extremely rude, unprofessional, and insulting. The rental property itself was adequate, well stocked, and in good shape, besides the issues w/ the AC and internet.

Tracy overcrowded the condo snd left an Unregistered guest to stay in the apartment Tracy had way too many people in that apartment was upset because we came to fix the air conditioner for them do you think they would’ve been happy we did give them notice

Because of the location, right on the boardwalk. Bike rental and mini golf right across the street. Swimming beach is two blocks away no beach tags required. Also brand new pickleball courts. across street.

This property has been totally renovated. Everything is brand new. New kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room, sunroom. Fishing pier right out front. 2 blocks from a swimming beach. Mini golf and bike rental across street. Location is great
