Comfy bed, great kitchen, plentiful hot showers with good pressure, bathroom big enough for two, dining table, lots of extra blankets, black-out curtains in bedroom, private garage, large fridge, dishwasher with supplies, clothes washer and dryer that are extremely clean...what else could a visitor need? Yes, the heat is a bit noisy when it kicks on, but the neighborhood is silent and there's zero road noise so it's the only noticeable sound--so truly not an issue. Thanks for the ease of everything and letting us feel like we had our own little world. :)

Great property near Tennyson

We rented this property to be near our daughter who recently moved to the neighborhood. It was the perfect space for us to be close to everything including all the fun stuff on Tennyson as well as Berkeley Lake, etc..

Simple and efficient rental

Great place to stay

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. The garage is quite small but we managed with a RAV4. The bed is firm and we slept great. My son said the pull out couch was comfortable as well. The kitchen has everything you might need. There are two nice parks very close as well as plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood was nice, love seeing the variety in architecture.

Very comfortable stay

Mike was very helpful with check in process. Had phone issues so had to call for assistance. The picture of the bed online doesn’t look great but it was super comfortable!! Very clean and nice to have coffee available as well as some laundry supplies which was helpful. Only negatives are the steep stairs and the garage is very small so don’t plan to park in it. Overall a very nice stay.

This is a great place to stay if you need to be in the close by neighborhood. Although the heating system is very noisy and that was our biggest issue. It would be nice to have a small lamp at the bed sides. Housekeeper should clean above the heating units in the apartment. Otherwise everything was great. We did not use to kitchen but it looked very equipped.

Mike’s property a great option for us on our trip to Denver. The included parking garage, well-equipped kitchen, and location close to restaurants and the interstate were very much appreciated.

Perfect place for a month!

Michael’s place was the perfect location and property for our month long stay. The apartment above the garage was in a great location, the property was clean and had everything the two of us needed. Michael’s communication was excellent; expedient, clear and always helpful.

The kitchen is a great size for multiple people cooking . The safe and quiet neighborhood is near shopping and nice park.. Overall we had a great time and will rebook this place for our next visit to Denver !!

Just as photographed and described. Great location, clean apartment. Beautiful and spacious kitchen.

We had everything we needed. Easy check-in. Location was perfect within walking distance of shops and restaurants on Tennyson, in a family neighborhood. Very clean apartment with many amenities. Would definitely recommend, and stay there again. Five stars from us.

Awesome!

This was a great place to stay while I was in town for work. Great location and close to downtown. Well stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and comfortable. With a garage, full kitchen, living room, etc it’s so much better than staying at a hotel! Will definitely be back!

Best VRBO EVER!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Berkley apartment. I stayed here for 2 months in the Summer while visiting family and it had everything I needed and more. The location was perfect to all the shops on Tennyson. It's also located in a quiet neighborhood outside of the city which was really nice. Michael, the host was fantastic - prompt to anything I needed and very friendly. Super easy to check-in and out. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment in Berkley! Thanks Michael!

Berkeley Residence

Home was perfect. Everything was super clean and high quality. Owner was wonderful and easy to communicate with. It was well stocked with everything you would need for a great stay. We plan on staying again next time we are in Denver. .
