Belle île Villa (Shipwatch 214C) avec Ocean Breeze gratuit

Nous sommes les nouveaux propriétaires de cette charmante unité située au deuxième étage, dans les Villas Shipwatch. Le 214C offre l'une des plus belles vues sur l'océan à Shipwatch. Les vues comprennent également un paysage tropical et un petit morceau de la belle piscine communautaire. Chacune des trois chambres a sa propre salle de bain complète! Lits King dans le maître (Suite de l'amiral) et première chambre (Suite du capitaine). Un lit double et un lit simple se trouvent dans la deuxième chambre (la chambre du premier compagnon). Les espaces de vie spacieux et ouverts ont un beau carrelage au sol avec tapis dans chacune des chambres. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, des armoires à jour et des sièges de bar. Le grand patio est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale et est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de magnifiques levers de soleil. Nous avons acheté de nouveaux meubles de patio cet été.

Place was just as expected from the pictures and everything went smoothly our entire stay. Having the pool and beach so conveniently located is a major plus for this property since Wild Dunes is a big resort.

Perfect location for beach getaway

Isle of Palms is an excellent choice for a stay at the South Carolina Coast! The property was clean and appeared as advertised. What is great about this unit is that it is within steps of the pool and right behind the pool is the access to the beach. The beaches were amazing and they are not crowded.

Perfect location. Steps away from the mineral pool. My grandson loved the baby pool as well. Every morning sitting on the deck admiring the huge oak tree and seeing the ocean beyond it was perfection. Shipwatch sets up an umbrella and chairs on the beach daily that is tagged with your name on it. Can’t get easier than that!The condo has everything you could need… just bring your beach/pool towels. The two King bedroom condo set up was perfect for my adult family as well. Wild Dunes shopping and restaurants just minutes awayLoved it here!

IOP - Labor Day 2024

Great relaxing stay and a family get together. Beach was close and pool was relaxing. Beach wasn’t crowded and able to dig my toes into the sand while the kids played. Condo was the right size for our group. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

My husband, Jeff and I have loved the Charleston area since before we even met. One of our first vacations together, in 1990, was a trip to Charleston. We've always dreamed of owning a place on the beach near there. That dream has finally come true! We, along with our 22 year old daughter and Jeff's parents purchased this place in 2019. Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

After we decided on Wild Dunes, we spent many years weighing all the possibilities of the different options available on the island. We like that Shipwatch is far enough from the beach to be protected from hurricanes. They remodeled the building shortly before we bought, to replace all the windows and glass doors with hurricane resistant ones. We love that each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bath. This unit has high end everything. The cabinets, counter tops, furnishings, etc. We knew when we walked in the front door, that this was the condo for us. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Two of the bathrooms were completely remodeled in December of 2023.

* Great view of the beach and ocean, even from the kitchen. For other listings that don't mention this or if there are no pictures of the beach from the condo, chances are you can't see the beach from the condo.
* Although there are many three bedroom villas in Shipwatch, this one has no stairs within the unit. It also has been updated.
* This unit, along with all of the units on the first three floors (the ones without stairs inside), has a larger balcony, allowing the sectional couch.
* Flooring is either tile or luxury vinyl tile. There's no questionable carpet.
* Internet speed upgraded to 45mbps
* All 4 TVs are smart. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Starz available.
* Two of the bathrooms have been totally remodeled.

We also provide two beach chairs and one umbrella for every day of your stay, except your check-in and check-out days. You will also receive 15% off of any additional beach chair/umbrella needs from IOP Chairs and Umbrellas.
