Cette maison est vraiment un cran au-dessus par rapport aux autres locations et aussi un de nature à rester, tout en vacances. ce est une maison élégamment aménagées vraiment. Finitions élégantes partout, cette spacieuse 2400 pieds carrés maison a tout le mobilier et le confort de la maison. Marque de nouveaux meubles, le roi / reine Oreiller-tête 3 DVD, de 2DVR, Internet sans fil WI-FI, I-Pod de 4 satellite HDTV,. Et le meilleur de tous, votre propre jacuzzi privé situé sous le balcon.
Situé à quelques minutes des stations de classe 3 de monde et Gorgoza Park. Directement en face de RedStone (Date de boutiques et de restaurants de Park City ainsi que le théâtre Film ** Marche pour Starbucks et commercial local sur les sentiers communautaires ** .. Assez proche de la I-80 pour augmenter les chances de trouver la poudre fraîcheur de l'emplacement .preferred jour les limites de la congestion et la circulation de la vieille ville de Park City. Ce est un non-fumeur Accueil ..Je ne vivent dans la maison des variations saisonnières et ayant un propriétaire qui occupent s l'unité fait vraiment une différence en ce qui concerne les détails, donc se il vous plaît envisager de cette maison incroyable.
Bear Hollow Village est une nouvelle communauté de vacances au sein de 1. 5 miles à The Canyons, 5 milles à Park City, et six milles à Deer Valley. 1 mile de la sortie Kimball Junction vous donne un accès facile à obtenir à Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, et plusieurs zones de cross-country le tout dans un lecteur de 45 minutes.

Perfect Getaway
This property and location was perfect for 3 adults and 4 children! The tri-level house offered plenty of space and privacy for both families. I had a toddler with me who needed a dark and quiet environment to fall asleep, so having rooms on different levels helped. The entire house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed (with the exception of paper towels, which we picked up from Walmart nearby). The kids enjoyed playing snow on the deck. The outlet, Walmart, WholeFoods, ski rentals and other shops and restaurants were all within a short drive, making our stay very convenient and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for our future trip!

Best Vrbo ever!
I’ve stayed in a dozen or so Vrbo’s & paid more for a lesser location This home is amazing. We were here for a “historic snowstorm”. Family came for skiing & we got snow! They skied deer valley & the roads were well maintained & the commute easy. Many restaurants & shops less than mile away.
The home is very well appointed & stocked. My kids made fun of the “keep the car mat in the garage clean” but that mat made the garage clean & usable & not trashed from road dirt & then ice. The garage even has boot dryers!!!
I hate to write this review because I hope to stay here every year & I don’t want you all to book it up!!!

Above expectations
I'm not one to always take reviews at face value. Seeing that 5 stars were awarded on a regular bases made me skeptical. Upon arrival, I truly have to say the high praise was justly given. This rental exceeded my expectations. Not only was it well maintained and looked like the photos, but also had so many extras. The location was accommodating for activities for the old as well as the young. I would not hesitate to rent again and recommend it to my friends. Richard, the owner, was most helpful and prompt with responses. Our extended family had a WONDERFUL week in Bear Hollow (Park City, UT) Just take note, if you pay via credit card, the fees will be deducted from your deposit.

Convenient location, slightly frustrating check-in, overall great experience
Our group came for a ski trip and this location was close to ski resorts and restaurants. The house had enough space for 10 people, had a hot tub and an awesome kitchen! We wished the living room was bigger with more couches so everyone could sit together, and more towels. The check-in process was frustrating and not smooth, I didn't get the check-in information prior and after a long travel day. The app was slow, and I ended up having to call the host and customer service for more information to check in. Other than the check in and towels, it was overall was an great place to stay and would recommend.

I’d stay here again!
Really enjoyed our time at this very spacious & clean house. Lots of room and mini beds for the whole family. Catch him as well appointed. Location was great to access Kimball Junction restaurants. Short drive to everything that is Park City!

Very good property and location.
Suggest to improve the following;
Should have a thermostat dedicated to lower level. Too cold and need to keep temp at main level high at all times.
Sofa in living room should have a bed.
Too many "owner" cabinets in the garage allowing only one parking space. Difficult and inconvenient to park outside when snowing and pile of snow limiting space

Spacious and cozy
Our family of five adults loved our stay here for a short ski vacation. With a car, the location is very convenient to the ski resorts and to shopping in the Kimball Junction area. Spread over three levels, the house offers ample privacy in the bedrooms, and a large open kitchen, dining and living area for gatherings. The gas fireplace in the living room, and the hot tub off the lower level, were the perfect apres ski luxuries. The house is beautifully furnished and includes many thoughtful touches for organizing gear. Beds were comfortable, the heating worked well, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. I especially appreciated the efforts our host, Richard, went to to make sure I knew my cell phone had been found when I lost it at the Park City lodge. The lost and found contacted him and he not only sent me email but called a neighbor across the street to tell me. We hope we'll be able to stay here again some day!

Relaxing Stay, Beautiful Location
Had a lovely time! Very nice kitchen. Beds were all very comfortable. Everything was so clean. Richard was very responsive and patient with my many questions :) only thing I wish I’d known before going was that one of the bathrooms is a half bath and on the main level. So two of the three upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Not a big deal, just would have been helpful for planning is all. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely go again!

Ski trip to utah with grandkids@
Richard was a perfect host. The house was amazing! Everything was squeaky clean! We loved having the garage complete with ski rack and boot dryer! This place was close to everything....ski slope was a 1/2 mile away as well as many stores and restaurants. We were lucky....the weather was perfect for skiing...cold, sunny and no wind! Many thx for sharing your wonderful home!

Perfect for us!
Our group consisted of 6 family members, including 2 grandchildren, ages 6 and 10. There was more than enough room for us. The home was clean, well equipped and beautifully appointed. I own a VRBO property myself and understand how much effort goes in to making sure that every detail is considered, in order to maximize comfort. The location was extremely convenient to Park City Resort (5-10 minutes) as well as all kinds of shopping, grocery stores (Smith's and Whole Foods) and restaurants. Rich was very accommodating. Now that Park City Resort includes the former Canyons Resort, it is a huge world class area, where you could spend the entire week. The home is also within minutes of Deer Valley and about 45 minutes from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude... just over an hour from Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. We're planning on booking with Rich again next year. Thanks Rich.

Great house and so clean!
The house was spotless and decor was perfect. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my son's family of 2 small children, and rest of my family slept upstairs in the quiet!! The location was great, across from Olympic Park, restaurants and grocery stores.

Great house at a great location
Stayed 6 nights at the house last week. The house is very large. The kitchen area and living room are very open. It was easy to cook and watch tv when there were 9 of us getting ready for skiing. The beds were nice. The bathrooms were big and had great water pressure. The only negative is that it was -2° out and we had to crank the heat to keep the upstairs warm. The house had a few space heaters that we needed to supplement the forced air. The garage had tons of racks to hang boards, skis and boots. 24-hour Walmart is about 3 minute drive away. Smith grocery store is even closer. The Redstone Plaza is right across the street and has tons of shops and dining options. The Town Lift is about a 10 minute drive away. The Canyon's Lift is about 6 minutes away. Really can't beat the place and the owner Richard was responsive the 2 times I texted him,. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house for three families. Fantastic location minutes from Park City and Deer Valley skiing. Richard was quick in sending us a new washing machine and dryer. Loved the boot dryer and of course, the crock pot!

Comfortable and clean base camp for our family ski trip
Our family of 2 couples and three other adults enjoyed our stay at Richard's home. Minutes away from Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley. 45 minute drive to Snowbird and also to Sundance. Convenient to grocery shopping, Walmart, restaurants and a climbing gym. Note that the bunk beds are in the same room as the basement's king sized bed. Seat six comfortably for dinner at the high top table pictured, plus extra space at the counter (three or four counter chairs). A bit tight to get everyone seated comfortably on couches in the living room; we pulled the hallway bench and the master bedroom ottoman in for extra seating. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to make meals "at home" and is easy to cook and clean up. We rent this house again. Don't forget your bathing suits for the hot tub!
