Unfortunately, critters get into homes in Tahoe and although we keep properties on routine pest control, they still make their way in occasionally. We reached out to pest control for immediate service when you reported this. The dishwasher is back in working condition - it required a simple reset which was performed within hours of your notice to us. All linens are laundered between stays, but we will work to update towels. We do apologize for not having the correct key for the HOA upon your arrival . The key was just changed and it wasn't provided to us. We got the key to you on the third day of your stay only because your husband said you were at Sugar Pine Point on the second day so no rush. The pier at Tahoe Pines HOA is for loading and unloading only, not for sunbathing or loitering, and the beach around the pier does not require a key - this was explained to you because you stated that you wanted to go to the beach and we wanted you to know you could still use the beach without a key, it was not intended to be unprofessional.
