Cette maison de quatre chambres et deux salles de bains a été aménagée de façon spectaculaire, parfaite pour vos prochaines vacances. Cette propriété a été conçue pour profiter de la vue. Amarrez votre bateau sur votre ponton flottant privé ou regardez le coucher du soleil avec votre boisson préférée sur le grand pont. En haut Master suite - King size room avec dressing et salle de bains attenante. Chambre 4 King Sized (ou deux roi simples) Cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Salle de bains familiale Plate-forme En bas Kitchenette ouverte et salon avec une table de billard en taille réelle Chambre 2 King Sized (ou deux roi simples) Chambre 3 King Sized (ou deux roi simples) Salle de bains familiale Blanchisserie Pont avec BBQ intégré Spa - 4 personnes Garage double (à l'usage des clients) Une jetée flottante est également incluse avec un espace pour un bateau de 11 m (aucune électricité ou eau disponible à la jetée). Deux espaces supplémentaires pour les voitures ou les bateaux sans problèmes de dégagement. S'il vous plaît noter: Désolé, pas d'animaux, ne pas fumer à l'intérieur, restrictions de bruit s'appliquent entre 22 heures et 8 heures. La revue: Juillet 2017 Nous avons vraiment adoré cette propriété pour notre groupe de 8 personnes - 2 x familles avec 2 enfants de 9 à 12 ans. Nous avons trouvé que la disposition était parfaite avec la vie des enfants en bas, tandis que les adultes appréciaient un peu de temps à vivre à l'étage! Le lit était parfait, avec les 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée équipées d'un lit king chacune pouvant être séparées en 2 lits simples - parfait pour nos 2 filles et 2 garçons et les 2 chambres à l'étage avec d'énormes lits king size, le maître avec une baignoire spa dans sa salle de bains mais la deuxième chambre à coucher avec seulement une petite salle de bains également. Avec une salle de bain / toilette entre les chambres en bas pour les enfants à partager. Ils ont eu beaucoup de plaisir à disposer de leur propre espace et ont énormément apprécié le billard. Les adultes ont adoré la vie en plein air, en particulier le balcon à l'étage pour la tasse de thé du matin alors que le soleil brillait à travers les magnifiques canaux. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés à pêcher sur notre propre ponton privé et ont pu admirer de nombreux couchers de soleil magnifiques. Les enfants et les adultes ont également profité du spa en plein air. Nous reviendrions certainement dans cet établissement. Son emplacement est idéal, avec une promenade facile vers les meilleures bières artisanales et de la bonne cuisine pour satisfaire tous les connaisseurs de bière et des cocktails incroyables pour les dames de la ville de Whalers.

Fanastic Property

Great property with all amenities. Very spacious and clean. Close to town, but not walkable with young kids. Can walk to some restaurants. There is no oil/spices/basics at the property, anything left behind is thrown away so be prepared to buy all staples.

Good property but a poor experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is excellent, particularity if you have a boat and can utilize the jetty. It is well appointed, clean and tidy. The problem I had was that I bought a boat and planned this holiday around it as I'm sure many other do. Due to COVID, staff and supply issues the boat I purchased was several months late and the cancellation policy offered by Exmouth Holidays was too inflexible to achieve a result that would have made our holiday and customer experience one that we would remember (if we had a boat) and also reflect on positively. I will be far more wary of cancellation/change policies when planning holidays in future and would not recommend booking anything with Exmouth Holidays to others, particularly in the "new normal" uncertain times when flexibility and understanding are so essential to customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, it is a double whammy as I had to abandon another week in a separate property managed by Exmouth Holidays because it wasn't worth sitting around in a marina wishing we had the boat we bought almost 12 months ago. What could have been an annual pilgrimage, if managed differently, will ultimately result in scrapping this option off the list.

On top of that it was a beautiful house, with a great location, decor and other extras.

Perfect for 2 Families

We absolutely loved this property for our group of 8 - 2 x families with 2 kids each aged from 9 - 12. We found the layout was perfect with the kids 'living' downstairs whilst the adults enjoyed some time 'living' upstairs! The bed fitout was perfect, with the 2 downstairs bedrooms fitted with a king bed each that can be separated into 2 singles - perfect for our 2 girls and 2 boys & the 2 bedrooms upstairs with huge king sized beds, the master with a spa bath in its ensuite but the second bedroom with it's only little ensuite too. With a bathroom/toilet between the bedrooms downstairs for the kids to share. They had a lot of fun having their own space and enjoyed the pool table immensely. The adults loved the outdoor living especially the upstairs balcony for that morning cuppa as the sun glistened across the beautiful canals. The kids had loads of fun fishing off our very own private pontoon and many a gorgeous sunset was viewed from here. The kids and adults equally enjoyed the outdoor spa. We would definitely book this property again, its location great with an easy walk to the best food and craft beers to satisfy any beer connoisseur and amazing cocktails for the ladies in town at Whalers.
